Its alright. I had my hair styled there for my wedding, which I loved, and my first two cuts after were good. Since those cuts though, the next few cuts werent as great, with one being a horrible cut. They did refund my last cut though, the horrible one. Which that one took almost 2 hours and a hurried spin in the chair at the end so that I wouldnt see the back that well, even after multiple times stating that I want to see the back. It was so choppy and uneven. That being said, its hard to trust their confidence in who they recommend to cut my hair, even with me asking specific questions pertaining to my hair type, the haircut I have in mind, and so on, to match me with the best hairstylist for that. It seems like "everyone is recommended and that everyone is specialized in every haircut" but I feel like thats said so that a hairstylist will be booked. If I had my original hairstylists there to do my hair, I would be back quite often. But because of above mentioned, I wont be returning here.

You can trust them to not ruin your hair, and youll end up with a decent cut. Ive been here a few times at the recommendation of friends, but Ive never been too impressed. And I dont think Ill return after my last visit. Ive somehow ended up with different young stylists each time and they seem adverse to making small talk at all, and the last visit basically consisted of silence! It was so odd and uncomfortable. Ive never had an experience like that. Though, I will say they are very good at coloring hair. I had my hair dyed there and it was beautifully done. Its just too bad Ive had unfriendly stylists.

Raquel was horribly rude and complained about not having enough time even though when I booked my appointment I specified exactly what needed to be done, she didnt start my appointment on time and spent 45 min talking to other stylists about the color, thats twice as long as it took me in hair school! Then she told me she couldnt even do my cut and turned me away for service. I was there to get my hair colored for my wedding and drove all the way from Wellington, I am extremely disappointed. Eric fisher, get your salons crap together, youre not even in the top rated anymore.

My first time there was a sub-par haircut at a ridiculous price. Then my second time I went to buy a blow-dryer, the lady told me it came with a connector attachment, as shown on the box, but when I got home I found that it was missing. I called them to ask if maybe it was misplaced but she then checked and informed me that there was no connectors with them - false advertised and she lied to me saying it was in there at the time of purchase. My final visit will be to get my money back ($150) of the sad excuse of the hairdryer.

I was visiting Wichita and decided to get my hair cut. I made an appointment same day which probably should have been my first clue. I have naturally curly hair so when I left the salon it was still wet and curly, so I didnt notice the horrible butch job. Im not going into great detail, but my hair looks like my five year old cut it. It is horrible. I dont even think it can be fixed without cutting it all off. It will take years for it to grow back. Biggest mistake ever!

I got my hair colored by Holly and it turned out amazing!! Exactly what I wanted, and she explained the options so I understood what she was doing. Its a little pricey, but competitive at their level. Youre paying for well trained stylists and top of the line products. What a surprise to find this high-end salon in wichita; Im sticking with this salon!!

Since I met Kylee at Eric Fisher on Rock Road I have not let anyone else cut my hair. She is amazing! My sister has seen several different stylists here and never been disappointed. Great stylists who know hair and really take care of you! If you want your hair done right the first time, look no further! Reasonably priced as well!

Had an updo done for my little sisters wedding and it was awful. My stylist tried to fix it but only made it worse. My hair was a complete frizz ball and she knew I didnt like it and still charged me. It made the day really stressful because I had to re do my hair before taking pictures.

Julee is a good listener even when I dont know what the terms are for what Im asking for in a hair cut/style, and she saved me from an impulsive decision to cut my hair (very) short by saying that we could go half way and then take a look. Shes worth waiting for - so glad I found her.
