I went in looking for a GLOV makeup remover that I had been recommended in an online article I read by Buzzfeed. I walked around the entire store just browsing, giddy about all the amazing things they offer. After being in there for 15 minutes and not seeing any employees except for at the check out counter my boyfriend went to find one and ask about the GLOV, as my social anxiety was pretty high at that time. He was pointed to the displays by the check out counters, and I grabbed it and continued browsing. We got on the long check out line and it seemed to go smoothly and quickly for all the customers in front of me. As I was waiting, a woman came from towards the back with one of the GLOVs and asked him if hed ever found it. That was real nice of her, and encouraging that she cared enough to search us out and make sure we found it. I was offered a rewards card at checkout and the woman that checked me out was very kind. I actually dont have a problem with employees not being in my face over-and-over asking me if I needed help (social anxiety thing, I guess) So, it was a good experience.

This place keeps getting worse with each visit. Today I went and none of the ladies greeted me. I needed help finding two things. They acted as if I were inconveniencing them by asking for help. They also just said they did not have the items, which was a lie. I ended up finding one on my own. The other the girl said the product was discontinued or I could get it online, which I knew was another lie. I ended up finding it with the help from a customer. To make it better, it was a product that was on display!!! These people get an F for customer service. Lazy and useless!

Horrible experience with the salon with Catherine. Wanted my hair dyed to match my roots and left with almost black hair with a horrible red tint, I went back to get it corrected and she argued that my roots were that color and her attitude was awful. She then color matched to a new lighter color and APPLIED IT OVER THE DARK COLOR, she didnt lighten it or anything. The color was not changed except the red tint was gone. It wasnt even worth addressing a second time, I will try to go somewhere else and have it fixed. There was $60 completely wasted.

Walked in to ulta and was not asked by one person if I needed any help. I felt as I was invisible. Other people that was walking in behind me was offer helped but me none. Could it have been because of my race? Needless to say I dont spend my money where I am treated like nothing. So I left without making a purchase. Went to the ladies at mac in Dillards at town east and was helped right away. I will never go back to ulta again.

No one acknowledge us the entire time. Was trying to shade match a foundation and find a new brand because Ive been a loyal Sephora shopper. Overheard an associate tell another customer she couldnt shade match because their return policy is too lenient. Walked around several aisles trying to find someone who wasnt more interested in moving their products than the actual customers. Will continue to shop at Sephora instead.

Wish there was an option for NO stars. THIS WAS HORRIBLE! First I waited forever to get someone to help me then not one person ( there were three girls waiting around staring into space) would wax my brows. DONT GO HERE if you want good service. PS the person who rated 5 stars M must be Misty the most horrible manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

They dont pressure you into buying. They give lots of help when I need it! They even went in back to see if they had more of something I wanted and wasnt on the floor. I didnt have to ask them to look. Ive always had an awesome experience here.

Disappointing. Only two staff visible in the store with lots of customers. I thought I had booked a makeover but the girl giving the makeover kept disappearing to help other customers. Much better service at Sephora. I wont be going back.
