I have been going to this salon since I moved to Wichita, Ks 11 years ago. My stylist, Jenny Long, who started as a stylist, now is the owner operator. The salon is located at the south west corner of Douglas and Clifton across from Clifton Square at Happiness Plaza. There is a small parking lot in front and street parking. It very clean with several stylists and walk ins are welcome. They have their own shedules but the salon is open 6 days a week. The atmosphere is casual and the salon operatives are very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. There also a nail technitian and waxing is available as well for men and women. I highly recommend this salon and will continue to see Jenny.

Weve been getting our "hair repair" at The Salon at Happiness for the past 15 years. The staff is friendly and excels at making you look your best when you walk out the door. They carry the latest quality hair products and prices are exceptional. We moved away from Wichita 10 years ago, but still make sure to book an appointment with Jenny Long anytime were in town for a week. She is great with our three kids, and she always gives me the best advice about what cut, color, or style works best for me. I highly recommend The Salon for all your haircare, skincare, and beauty needs!

I had to cut 11 inches off of my hair because the guy fried it to the point of wet spaghetti/gum. I told him almost five minutes before he rinsed out the high lift that I was pretty sure it was ready, but he was too busy talkin on his phone that he just opened the foil for a second, said no its not, and walked back outside on his phone.... 11 inches! I think his name was Mike. I have platinum blonde hair, you have to work really hard and take care of it to get it long, and to have to cut off that much was so horrible. I hate him and I hate this salon.

I went here because I was new to the Wichita area and the Google reviews are good. The salon has great prices and the stylist, Heather, was great. She cut my hair really well, I went from very long to short. Heather not only styled my hair but walked me through the process of how to tease and curl it. I will definitely be going back!

I have been going to Jenny Long for 7 years and every cut has been perfection. I have had really short to a little longer length and the cut is so good you can wash, dry and go! Prices are good for a private salon and the service is outstanding.

MacKenzie is a great hair stylist! I just got my hair cut by her the first time and Ive already gotten a ton of compliments! She is very artistic and definitely knows what she is doing! Haircut $35 Color is reasonable too
