I visited here 2 weeks ago to get my daughters unruly hair cut. The stylist did an amazing job. I told the stylist I would be back with her for her birthday for her first color job. I brought her in yesterday. The prices are listed as 55$ and up. I know this is based on length. My daughters hair has never been processed or treated or colored. The stylist asked me what I was comfortable spending and I said generally I would range around 120-150 but she has never had anything done to her hair before. She said she spoke with her manager and they both agreed to 150, I thought this was high but said OK. She dyed her hair. Half way blow dried it and said she hoped she liked it. Rather than blow up in front of my daughter for her bday because she loved her hair. I called around to other salons inside walmarts and asked what the rate would be and all said it was around 100. I called corporate and they said she charged me for a color correction. ( Virgin hair= color correction?) I know when you go to a salon this is what to expect in price. But she did nothing extra to her hair and didnt even fully dry her hair. She didnt clip ends. No conditioning extra. I feel highly taken advantage of and disrespected because this was for my childs bday. I will never go back here again. I recommend you check what exactly your paying for and dont just let the stylist do their job. Apparently they will screw you. NEVER AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely fantastic group of people and great customer service. Went in on a Saturday and they were very busy... me and my wife figured it may be a not of a wait. The manager Michael did my wife and did a marvelous job. Arletha cut my hair and I was nervous because she seemed a little timid but she was fantastic and takes her craft seriously. Stacy did my daughter who is very sensitive my wife calls it tender headed and my daughter sat still and didnt cry. This is our new salon

Call Friday to make appointment for niece they advise is walk in only. Great! We arrive Saturday a couple minutes before opening and told 3 hours wait because shes "waiting" on someone with appointment! What?? Last time I go there will never recommend and definitely warn others. Visit before this was bad also. Bad job but hesitated writing review because its just one employee with bad hangover or something.
