Horrible, horrible staff. When one lady takes your name, lets you know there was a 20 min wait. Thats fine. Wait for way over 20 min(more like 40), lady number 2 comes up, asks if I needed something, then didnt even ask my name or number to check in the system. Told me there were people ahead of me and it would now be a 30 more min wait?! Very unprofessional. Staff seemed lazy, Sitting in chairs, not even acting like they see customers. Very unhappy. I would not suggest going here if you want a good experience.

This girl was very rude, cut my hair in like 5 minutes. It was uneven and when I went back in to call her out on it she acted mad. To be honest I have better luck at the beauty college at least they try to do a good job now I have to live with this mess on my head thanks lady at Cost Cutter I wont be back. She acted like she tried to fix it but all she did was make it shorter.

Im giving Lisa 3 stars. I had an appointment for 9:00. We both arrived early so she took me right in. She gives an excellent shampoo. Awesome on both counts. I took in pictures of the cut and style I wanted(front, back, both sides and the length of all over cut to obtain what I wanted). Bless her scissor happy heart! Ill have the desired length in about 2 months

This place is ridiculous they need to have management there 24/7 I came to get a hair cut at 7:04 they close at 8 they are already closing shop gate down and all because there lazy as hell if they dont wanna work they need to find another job if they cant do theres I would never recommend this place go some where else they dont need ur business pathetic

i was told from one of the employees of your that i looked her like she was crazy i found that very offensive and prejudice i should say that i have foren ascent i was never told that ever by nobody.A the end i had to correct her 3 times and on the back she left uneven

The manager Jessica Vincent parks ALWAYS makes sure my hair is healthy, and beautiful! Every cut and color has always been on point. Very friendly and very talented stylist check her out!

On Sunday arrived at 11:20 and gate was still down and locked no one was there. Said they opened at 11 am but they werent. Get my haircut there every week. Very disappointed.
