Horrible experience. I dont know what it is with salons these days who want to half ass everything and still charge an arm and a leg! Im not one to not tip but when you charged $24.99 for a cut only... I go to get my hair done for relaxation and small talk. A little getaway for mommy. I came in and you just wet it down, you didnt even offer to wash it. Getting my hair washed is RELAXING. You talked to your manager almost the whole time. You kept pulling my hair... And you just kept cutting and cutting and cutting. Then you asked if I wanted it dryed or left as is. I told you to blow dry it. If you had added a little product and blow dryed it with a round brush like people usually do it would have been done. But, you half ass blow dryed it with your hands never adding product. I asked you to straighten it bc it looked like crap... So I guess you charged me for "styling it". What a joke! Ive been to Borics many times especially when I lived in town. Guess its just really gone downhill... Would NOT recommend if you need a trim with layers added unless you want charged extra for the half ass "styling" job and your hair way shorter when youve grown it out! So disappointed.

Being new to town I wasnt sure where to go to get my hair done and the humidity has made my hair very frizzy. I called and Tricia fit me in on very short notice . she did a great job getting my hair under control and offered advice for me to keep it that way. I love the cut, much cooler than my long hair was. she even offered advice on places to shop and things to do which I really appreciate. thank you Tricia

Omg this place was a nightare! The manager highlighted my hair used to high of a developer on my hair. Left me to sit while she ran off to do another a person. Leaving it on my hair too long I told her my head was tender and hurt etc. It was fried it broke off all over severely lost half my hair mass even after several complaints and hairvtrims and conditioning treatments...
