Unprofessional from the start. Wanted to walk-in for a trim. The stylist and receptionist went back and forth because he wanted to eat but finally agreed. There was no uniform and no professional black attire. Everyone wore jeans and whatever shirt they liked that morning. There are no stations products are kept int a cabnet in each corner of the room. They do not tell you what products they are using either. Biggest complaint... I asked for a trim on all my layers... stylist took about a helf inch on ONLY THE LONGEST PART! Then didn't even blend it. Now I have layers with a blunt cut end?! Awful! Not recommended at all! No wonder only place in town with availability.

I discovered this salon, and my stylist Maggie about a year ago, and have never thought about going anywhere else since. I have very short hair (pixie cut), and it is extremely hard to find a stylist who can consistently cut it well with quality, at a low price. Maggie is very insistent each time, that if I am not satisfied, to just let her know and I can come in again for an adjustment, making me feel like she truly cares that I’m satisfied. The Shampoo portion of session is my favorite part! It’s like getting the greatest head massage ever!

They are great! Misook is very talented. I went from long hair to pixie cut. It lays so nice. She did a great job. Very few stylist in Huntsville could have done this cut.
