I had stopped in Sunday to get a Quick hair cut. I went in just before 5pm. Walked to the register and she said we close at 5 and I have already counted my drawer. I said I just need a quick cut and Ill pay cash. The (MANAGER) said oh we cant do that you will have to come back tomarrow. I said I am not from Lebanon, but Indianapolis. Still wouldnt help me.Lets see the door was open, the lights was on and 3 girls sitting in the solon chairs, one at the register. Little did they know I had $1500 IN MY POCKETT. I said on my way out I will be calling corporate in the morning and I did. I DONT recomend this place at all. Very arrogant and rude and had no Idea how I would tip one. I have beend known to tip these stores as much as $50 near Christmas.Well I called corporate told them exactly what happened. I have been going to Great Clips for several YEARS. Now I will reevaluating where and whom will cut my hair and so on..Our economy is a service buisness and he that provides the best service at a fair price wins...I hope they dont treat anyone like I was treated and how they made me feel, not wanting to take my money , That was called a missed opportunity. Corporate can Change this if they want.

This place is great. You would have a hard time believing this is a chain. They are very friendly and always make me feel welcome. Tabitha cuts my hair every time and does an excellent job. I go like clock work every two weeks and I cannot stress how well she does. The whole place is like family. Good people there.

This shop has adopted a policy of not referring to select stylist. They will not offer a schedule time for any stylist. The whole affair is beyond pale, the whole staff appears to be arrogant and isolated. I thought Great Clips was supposed to supply a service? Find another shop, they must be rolling in $$?

Worst haircut I ever gotten the girl who cut my hair seriously does not need to cut hair anymore she needs a lot of experience please do not get your hair cut here especially by the girl with the last name Ellis not sure of her first name but horrible job cutting hair!!!!

Very rude to my daughter I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again.My daughter was so embarrassed of her hair cut she cried and pleaded me not to take her to school she said "everyone is going to make fun of me Im not ever going back to great clips!!"

I had a good cut once from Amanda. Ive called back 3 times to see when she works. Their "policy" is they wont tell you when a stylist works nor can you make an appointment. You have to stop in and take your chances. Aint nobody got time for that! No thanks

Terrible!! Extremely impatient with my toddler, made a small cut on his ear, cut way way more than we asked her to........quite obviously has had no training on childrens haircuts and how to make it a pleasant experience for the child.

Great experience!! Amanda cut my hair and did an excellent job. I dont cut my hair often and she made great recommendations that I chose to go with. I have a new hair style now and couldnt be happier with it!
