I was not happy at ALL about how dirty the place was. Salt on the entrance carpet in the middle of the summer. Hair everywhere, the girl who swept the floor did about one square foot and didnt bother even looking at anything else before she went to the back area and started yapping to someone. I had to ask the hair dresser to wipe the hair from the previous person off the arm of the chair. I am in a cast so the idea of grabbing the hairy arm didnt seem sound, I could have slipped and fallen. Her station was filthy. Hair everywhere, dirty combs. I have a really hard time getting around so once I was there I was thinking, just get it over with. I cant wash my own hair right now so just do it. YUCK! She was nice so I was nice but when I saw just how dirty, under, behind beside, around EVERYTHING the place was, I WILL NOT RETURN. If you look at the carpet, it is obvious they havent vacuumed under the chairs, the displays, the counter or anywhere else. THERE WAS HAIR STUCK TO THE WALLS!

I could be wrong but I believe that my "stylists" name was Kristen. I have never received a more garbage haircut in my entire life, did not get what I asked for at all but she styled it to the point of being presentable when she showed it to me, when it dried it looked like an absolute disgrace. I tried explaining to her what I wanted, she got impatient and just grabbed a book and said just show me what you want. So I showed her, didnt even get close to getting what I showed her. Garbage morale from her, garbage service, minimal wait probably because they dont get repeat customers, and as I said worst haircut Ive ever had. I plan to just take clippers to it tonight. I will never be returning there or to another great clips ever again. That girl should have not even been able to graduate cosmetology school.

My boyfriend went in to get a cut and she (Alex) did a horrible job it was cut uneven on the sides very noticable and longer on the top in spots. I asked If she could cut it alittle more to even it out and she was very rude!! Rolled her eyes and huffed her breath like It was an inconvince to fix. And basiccally told us its its our fault! We will never go back to that place very rude and awful cuts!! Do not not recomend Alex at all!!

Was there with a friend to get his hair cut. Before he went in I asked to be added to the line. I was number three. While he was getting cut somehow I ended up going from three to five. Then 5 minutes later I was number six. Got too frustrated and just left. Going to Vincents now. Everyone ahead were men or kids. If you dont want to cut womens hair say so. Dont leave me sitting while you bump everyone above me.

I had a horrible experience with one of the ladys named Kristen. She cut my childs hair uneven, and Im almost positive on purpose because she didnt want to take the time to brush out her long hair. She also cut off so much more than I asked. I have never had an issue from this place otherwise but I will never have her cut mine or my kids hair again.

I came in wanting a nice haircut for my interview and got exactly that! The wait can be a pain but they have a app for that so you can be more efficient. Staff were friendly and environment was clean. They cut kids hair and offer student discounts. Keep up the great work!

I used to go here but stopped because I never knew what my hair was gonna look like when I left here even if I said the exact same thing every time. The haircuts were never terrible, I am just looking for something a little more consistent.

Checked in online and got in at a reasonable time. The woman did not do a good job, my hair is so uneven it looks like someone took a weedwacker to it. Terrible and never going back. Also I need it fixed.

Usually when I go, I get a decent haircut. I went today and left in tears. I was not given the haircut I wanted. I was given layers I did not ask for, leaving me to feel hideous.

love it here. i recommend Bridgett when you go. shes never messed up my hair, african american hair is very hard to cut, so i was very impressed. they are so nice there too.
