Probably the worst hair salon ever in my books. Went in at 7:30pm this evening. (01/25/2017). Sat down and waited for 2 hours. There was a women before me which the "stylist" (if you could even call him that) took his sweet @$$ time doing high lights. I went in for a 30 (THIRTY, HALF AN HOUR) hair cut and came out at 9:45 pm... IS THIS BUSINESS A JOKE?! BECAUSE I WASTED TWO (2) HOURS SITTING THERE WAITING. I FINALLY CALLED IT QUITS AND LEFT. THE HAIR CUT FOR THE MAN BEFORE ME LOOKS LIKE GARBAGE. THIS BUSINESS IS A LAUGHING STOCK. SORRY BUT THIS IS MY HONEST OPINION. I WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED AND YET NO HAIR CUT. WHAT THE HELL IS STORE? Never going back to this store ever again. Prices are a bit high, service i terrible, and workers are un skilled.

Today I had the worst experience Ive ever had in 28 years of haircuts. The "stylist" who cut my hair was extremely rude and unhelpful. I absolutely hate my haircut. Im usually not too picky about my hair cause I know itll grow out quickly, but her behavior was unacceptable. She told me she couldnt do anything with my hair. She didnt even try to offer any advice or suggestions. She just trimmed it and then said she couldnt do anything with it. If she didnt want to cut my hair or if I presented a challenge beyond her capabilities she shouldve let someone else cut my hair. If I treated my customers the way she does I would have been fired long ago. I will never be going back there!

Master cuts refused service to my sister because she was African American and legal representation is being prevailed this is not going to b over until the employees in the bowling green store s fired and store is shut down. This will be took to court an I am taking this public on national news on TV stations all of the world..

I went and got my eyebrows done and whenever I got home I realized they were uneven I went back and the same guy tried to fix them and they still are messed up. Ones almost completely gone. Mind you my eyebrows were thick and just needed to be trimmed up

Terrible customer service and the worst haircut of my life. Had to stop her mid haircut because it was so bad. It looks like someone let a 4 year old take safety sissors to my hair. Dont go. Just dont do it.
