HORRRRRIIIBBBLLLE SEEERVVICCCEESS!!!!!!!! I was in deperate need of eyebrow attention and I somehow stumbled across Supercuts located in Bowling Green, Ky in the same strip area as Kroger and Mancinos. I walked in and asked them if they waxed eyebrows WELL. The young girl replied yes and I will be fine. I sat down, and first she just cleaned the straggly hairs without shaping, and that was perfectly fine. But in the process of her attempting to shape my eyebrows she completely butchered my eyebrows. They were uneven, one side was thin and short and the other long and thick, no distinct shape whatsoever. I explained to her that my eyebrows did not look good rather calmly considering the way my eyebrows looked. She scofffed, and told me thats what I asked her to do...But I did not ask her to completely demolish my eyebrows. So she went to the lady who was older than her to ask her what she should do. The older lady came overy frustrated, and asked very hot tempered what was wrong. I explained the situation to her, and she told me I have to pay the $11 or she will call the police! I was so confused and caught of guard. She was the most rude, mean, and cruelest woman you could ever meet. Threating to call the police when I was explaining to her the problem with my eyebrows. I would understand if i was cussing her out, knocking things over, and yelling; but like I said I was very calm and she blew it way out of porportion. I paid the lady not happy at all and after she slammed my card on the table to give it back to me she gave me the number to the home office who transferred me to the store district manager. I spoke to the manager in tears because of how I was so blatanly disrespected. The manager agreed to look at my eyebrows to determine whether I get a refund. She saw them and agreed they were treacherous and reimbursed me the money. SUPERCUTS DOES NOT WAX EYEBROWS WELL AND SHOULD TAKE IT OFF AS ONE OF THEIR SERVICES. My experience was horrible and I would never reccomend this buisness to anyone, if I could rate this store with zero stars I definitely would do so.

Supercuts was able to work me in at 6:30pm on a Thursday when they close at 7pm and I was out the door by 7:10. The cost for getting 3 inches trimmed off was $15. I had a flip coupon that I found in my mailbox and it was for $2 off. I tried giving it to the hairdresser who cut my hair but she declined it. The coupon expires 8/31/17 so it was still valid. I gave her a $1 tip before I mentioned the coupon but when I signed the debit/credit form it still said $15 as if she didnt even acknowledge I had a coupon in the first place. She said not to worry about it as I was trying to hand her the coupon which led me to think that she was going to give me the discount without putting the coupon in the drawer but she never did. Its not that big of a deal because I didnt pitch a fit over it at the store but I think its worth mentioning because Im not sure if Ill be back. She didnt have a name tag on either so even if she wouldve done an awesome job, I wouldnt know who to ask for next time anyway. This kind of defeats the purpose of having customers book an appointment with you. Oh well.

I went to sports clips to get a haircut they did a awful job then I went to this place and I asked them just to even out the top what does the lady do cuts all of it till its about 1/2 inch long completely messed up my hair and she clearly didnt know what she was doing do not come here for a haircut

I decided to get something new and fresh. Supercuts gave me exactly what I asked for and it was better than expected. My hair has never looked this good.
