I have been to other Ulta stores, and I find this store to be on-par as far as service goes. I normally dont approach staff, because I shop their on a regular basis for most of my make-up, and know where to look. It is a smaller store, so they dont have as many products, which can be a downer if youre looking to try something new. However, for the products that are most common among consumers, I find that they have most everything one is looking for, and keep it stocked fairly well. Most of the time I have had great help whenever I do ask for it.

The least helpful staff of any Ultra Store have ever visited! It was my first time to this Frankfort store and I daresay I will never come back. They just kept throwing glances my way until I asked for help. And even after I did ...I was pointed to the shelf and the sales associate walked away to go talk to her friend. So frustrated. I will wait for the Lexington store to carry the product I was looking for later this month and I am sure I will get great service there.
