I am new to Crossville and didnt really know where to get my hair cut so I decided to walk into the Smart Style salon in Walmart. I have been to a couple of Smart Style salons in the past and never had any issues. This particular one was the exception. I walked in stood behind a customer paying and I was not acknowledged at all. When the customer finally finished paying the employee walked off never acknowledging me. Then another customer and her kids walked in front of me with another employee to pay for their cut. I finally asked are yall taking any walk ins today? The employee said well we just cant take anyone right now because we are busy but I can put you on the book for later this afternoon. I reluctantly agreed but I am not coming back. Horrible!

I have went here several times and its a hit and a miss as to whether or not you will get a good haircut. They have given me a horrible one for the last time! Will never go back.

They got me in right away and were very professional and careful. Super happy with my cut.
