Was in today for a cut and color. Appointment was at 10:30, didnt leave until 4:30...the lady colored my hair a completely different color than what I showed her. Turned out blonde the first time, cut my hair wrong, then tried dying my hair again and I left with purple hair...spent 6 hours in there for my hair to look worse than it did when I first walked in. Hair was supposed to be blonde with brown/auburn, the highlights she put in didnt go all the way to my roots, theres huge chunks of my hair that have no color and places with a strand of purple/red. Very upset about my hair.

Have been going there for years Brenda usually does my hair and i always like it. Nice staff and they all do a good job. I have had other stylist do my hair there and its always been good
