Got there early and stylist(who was the manager) ignored me for twenty minutes then blamed the receptionist for not telling her, even though she did. She did a rush job on a complicated cut and left my layers extremely short and blunt without blending at all. She was rude and constantly complained about how my hair was damaged and hard to comb ( if that was a sales teqnique to get me to buy product it didnt work). She then told the receptionist to charge me an extra $5 for the cut and when I asked why I was told that the price depends on the type of cut. Completely ridiculous. Please beware of this salon, hopefully the other stylists are better.

The owner Brittany was very very helpful in every way possible. Talked to me like a friend and just met me as I walked in the salon. Love the staff and Amanda did such a wonderful job on my hair I brought my daughter right back to get hers done. Bloom will be the only place I go from now on to get our hair done! Thank you Brittany! I also read a review from another lady about Brittany not welcoming her daughter and I am wondering of that could have been a misunderstanding because my 4 year old and another ladys daughter was running around and Brittany was playing with them both.... :)

Ive never really stuck with one stylist before as Ive never really "loved" my hair. Ive been going to Bloom since Jan 10 and see Brittney. She does a FANTASTIC job for color and cuts and really understands what you want and is not afraid to make suggestions and offer her thoughts. Every time I leave the salon I get great reviews on my hair. Oh and you know that feeling of not being able to style your hair like the salon did? No worries, as Ive always been able to "salon" style my hair since coming to Bloom. I am still going to come here once I move to woodstock. Its worth it.

Bloom hair salon is the best hair salon in Dallas, Ga. You can get a wide-range of services done like hair cuts, hair color, highlights, waxing, laser hair removal, spa treatments and more. I love seeing Brittany once a month! She does a fabulous job, and always ensure that I leave happy with my hair color and cut. And if Im not happy, she fixes it! Great salon, mid-range prices, nice locale, upscale feel and friendly stylists. Get yourself a little pampered without the crazy prices of other salons in Dallas, Ga.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional- although I love the stylist I have always seen, I will not go anywhere I feel my 3yr old is not welcomed. Although she has never caused a problem when she has gotten her hair cut in the past, there was extreme attitude from the owner when I was making an appointment for the both of us- I guess it is inconvenient to have a child, whom she would not be taking care of mind you, in her shop. Very unwelcoming

Absolutely wonderful and an amazing salon!! Came in with very damaged washed out purple blue hair that I had completely damaged. Brittany the owner was fantastic! She brought my hair back to life within two hours, when I left my hair color was amazing and the health of it has a brand new start now, I had turns of heads and people asking me where I got my hair done :-) I will for sure be coming back for another session :-)

LAST RESORT! Needed to get my hair done and saw that they were running a special. When I first arrived ON TIME i waited for around 20 minutes while my stylist talked on the phone and no other employee said anything to me! Then, it took her a looong time to do a cut and all over color. Worst Part: She left brown color stain all around my hair line! I was going out later and had to go home and scrub!

Just started using this salon in the last 6 months. So far Ive had the best hair cuts of my life and a fabulous color and highlight as well. My experience with the staff and the atmosphere has been 100% positive. I also highly recommend a line of products they carry called Pureology; the products are amazing and worth every penny.

The worst. They have no idea what services they offer or who among their staff provides services, and after providing one specific time frame, as if time is not important to the client, they equally turn around and offer a different time frame; much longer than what was initially provided.
