Went in for a simple vehicle inspection, when they started telling me the little things that were wrong with my vehicle, I simply told them I could get it fixed at my place of employment with no labor fees, they didnt like to hear that so they failed my vehicle. When I wrote a review on Facebook they were quick to say that my vehicle has a massive leak, in which they never even mentioned the word "massive" while at the shady business. Would recommend anyone to go out of the way to avoid this place. ***Thank you for the response, however you got it wrong, but Im getting use to that. I see that over a year ago, Mr. Andy Wendell had a bad review is auto motion and there wasnt a response to his review? Why did you only single out my review on Google??? ***Update 2/9/16---Folks, stay away from this business. When they give terrible service to their customers and then the customers complain, the feedback that they give is very sarcastic and very defensive, trying to make you think they did nothing wrong, and if they dont like what you have to say about them on Facebook they will block you from adding anything else about them. They operate a very shady business***This business is taking down my reviews from other websites, they dont want the bad publicity due to the fact that they let me leave the business drving an unsafe vehicle endangering pedestrians, property, and passengers, without offering to fix my vehicle. They should be held liable ******Monthly update, this shady business shouldnt be operating, folks, dont take your vehicle here, take it to a place that is reputable, these guys dont know what they are doing. Go to Menike or Ken Towery. As a part time Uber driver everytime I pass this business I tell my passengers to never patronize this place. Im able to finally get lots and lots of people the word about how this business operates, will never set foot on their property again. *******Its April and Im still campaigning against this shady business. Folks, stay away from this place. They know nothing about vehicles, they will find anything wrong with your vehicle. They looked at my vehicle said I had a fuel leak and didnt offer to fix it or tell me what I needed to do to fix it. *****Another month has gone by and Im still campaigning against auto motion. People, this place has got to be the worst place to take a vehicle. Within the past month my Tahoe needed a brake job and I went out of my way to avoid this place. I went to Brakeway and probably paid far less than what this shady business would have charged me. Kevin the manager is very rude and Scott likes to butt into your business even if he isnt involved. ***Still on my campaign against this shady business. This place doesnt care about customer service or customer satisfaction, went there for an inspection, they never offered to fix my vehicle or was even able to tell me what was wrong, all they said was there was a gas leak, no offer to fix it. Was more interested in closing up and going home rather than fixing my vehicle. There are so many other reputable business to take your vehicle. This place is a joke *****Well, it’s been a little over a year now and I’m still campaigning against this place. So far a ton of people have read my reviews and auto motion has even taken a link off of their own web page because I have flooded it with reviews. I still drive by this shady place several times a week and the cars behind the barb wire are getting fewer and fewer, guess people have learned that this place isn’t the best place to take a vehicle to get worked on. Customer satisfaction, they know nothing about and definitely don’t have good customer skills.

About two years ago, I was very near junking my car because we were constantly having to do home repair after home repair on it. And it sounded TERRIBLE. It sounded like it was going to rattle apart for about a year, but I had trouble giving it up; I hated the idea of losing the car. Even though its quite an old, junky car - its MY car. Because I do love my 20 year old Saturn, even if I dont treat it well, I decided to take it to a professional before taking it to the junkyard on what I expected was the very off chance that they could get it running properly. I chose Auto-motion because they had decent reviews on Google and I have a preference for Local services. Auto-Motion did an AMAZING job. When I got the car back, it didnt shake anymore, didnt continually need its oil checked, didnt have oil all over the engine anymore, didnt constantly need its anti-freeze levels checked, and sounded and ran like it did when I first bought it! It was really great to have my old friend back. And the price was fair! In the two years since, I have continued to neglect and abuse the car, and today, it has keeled over again. Im waiting on AAA to tow it back over to Auto-Motion. They seem to really care about their people and the service they provide. They still had my records on file and kept track of little things about my car. Pretty cool! Ill bet they get her back up up and running and take years off her age at a reasonable price, just like they did before.

I have a 2011 GTI. It is the first “new” car that I’ve ever owned and I did a lot of research on what I wanted to do to it to make it more fun to drive. I decided on getting some APR upgrades and that brought me to Auto-Motion. This ultimately brought me to Auto-Motion and Scott. Now, when I tell you that this was a pure lottery-style win in my favor that falls ridiculously short of accurate. Scott went way above and beyond what he was required to do. He worked with me on a time that would work best for my schedule. He was personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel like he was an old friend and not someone I had just met. He made getting upgrades to my car a really pleasurable experience that made spending the amount of money on it that much less painful. Not only did I get the ECU Flash, Auto-Motion just happened to have a full APR intake in stock that I bought and got put in that night! You hear horror stories about mechanics all the time, Auto-Motion will squash all of those fears. They have earned my business for anything that my car needs for as long as they’re around, which judging by how they treated me, will be a long time. TL;DR - Auto-Motion is awesome and I had a great experience there. I would recommend Scott to anyone who asked for a great mechanic.

Ive been a performance enthusiast since before I could obtain a drivers license. After two decades of "spinning my wheels" playing with both naturally aspirated and supercharged V8 domestics the price of petroleum drove me to leave all those cubic inches behind for a more economical approach to making power. Promptly went out and purchased a new MKV GTi and within a couple months and many hours of research I decided to have the ever so talented folks at Auto-motion throw a tune on my brand new car to see what kind of performance increase could actually be realized simply through programming. I was so impressed by what the programing brought out of my 2.0 turbo I was hooked! The staff at Auto-Motion answered all my questions and made me feel like part of the family right from the first phone call I made to come in and see what they had to offer. Seven years later Im driving a MKVI Golf R which I handed the keys to Auto-motion at a mere 3100 miles or so and let them start working their magic again. I cannot say enough about how highly I regard these folks and their fantastic workmanship, professionalism and knowledge and I only wish I trusted my dealer half as much as I trust Auto-motion. Best kept secret on Broadway if you ask me!
