Needed to stop for showers and had points at Petro. Found this little place Petro Shopping Center @ exit 245 on I-69 in Gaston, IN. Looked it up before we got there and the reviews were pretty crappy, but we decided to stop anyway. The only thing we did there was shower, so I cant give testimony on the food or service, but the bathroom was NICE. Water temp fluxes a little, but I chalked it up to hubby shaving, he said he didnt have any problems with it at all. Walk in open shower stall, little wood bench seat, plenty of room for both me & the hubby to move around without crashing elbows. Only downside was the showers were upstairs, which for my hip & knees, not a great thing...lol. anyways heres some pictures. Ooooh, I forgot to mention, they have a hand held shower head thingy....I love the comforts of home while Im out on the road.

Little bit of a strange traffic pattern for the fuel island and parking areas. Staff in the shop and the store are very friendly and helpful. Shower was a huge disappointment. Bad rust stains on the sink, toilet and shower. Water smells like its being filtered through an old scrap metal pile. Towels had a bunch of long hairs in them. Felt dirtier coming out than I did going in. Id stay here again, but Id wait to shower elsewhere.

The showers were not all that clean, and for breakfast I ordered the oatmeal which came straight out of the microwave. A drink comes with the oatmeal, and I asked for milk which they were going to up charge me for. I then asked for unsweetened ice tea which they didnt have. This place is far from stellar.

DONT DO IT. Still waiting on an Express Oil Change,which isnt so express. Shop personnel hanging out in office. One walking around talking on his cell phone. Took 1.5 hours just to get in. Still waiting inside with hood open. PLAN on 3-4 hours for an express oil change and longer if someone is ahead of you.

Lots of parking. Clean hot shower. If your thinking about eating in the restaurant. Well dont. It was gross. All salt. Buffet food from lunch leftover well into the evening.. Just disgusting. ALL SALT. ORDER OFF THE MENU. ITS EVEN WORSE. So bad. There are no words. The truck stop is in an isolated area.

Please dont judge this place based on the reviews you see here people like to complain entirely to much. Ive been stopping here for years and have never been let down always smiles great service and well managed I always look forward to making this my stop. When I come through this area.

restraunt closed at 11 instead of midnite like their app says. Nothing hot on roller grill, mens bathroom closed downstairs for remodeling again. And they have a subway that closes even before the restraunt. No warm food why bother even stopping fuel is cheaper either direction.

Okay Petro. Drivers lounge is really nice. The upstairs showers and bathrooms are very nice. Big tv room with plenty of channels. Big parking lot. The Iron skillet is typical of a petro. Pretty pricey no matter what you get. Good service tho. I would stop here again

The people are cool, restaurant is very good--coffee is delicious and buffet simple and delicious as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through who needs some good coffee and food. They have some cool coffee cups as well!

Waited 40 minutes on hold to be connected to the shop and could have waited longer if I didnt hang up. Lady who answered the phone was very rude, guess she felt like keeping me on hold forever. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Best PM service i got in a TA / Petro truck stop, very fast and very professional. Bryan and Lucas were the ones working on my truck and i wish there would be more like these guys in all TAs. Thank you very much, Awesome service

Stopped here to shower and eat, PROS Huge parking lot !!! CONS Showers are not HOSPITAL clean, not even close !!! Rude staff Restaurant closes at 11 pm !!!! Look at this shower pic and tell does that look clean !!!!

Service in the restaurant was awful. Food was burned and waitress disappeared after bringing it to my table. Gave the check back to the waitress and told her I wasnt paying and to tell her manager that as well.

Regular Petro truck stop. Decent parking, shop, great internet speed on Sprint network. Little caotic parking lines. Found easy spot at midnight
