We brought in a used Jetta complaining of it not shifting gears correctly. They said we needed a tune up and a bunch of other things and ended up spending nearly $1600.00. Well less than a month later the real problem reared its ugly head. The transmission is dying. We had to bring it to a specialist and they requested to see the work we had done from Springdale. We sent it to them and they told us other than the tune up we didnt really need anything they did to fix the vehicle and they didnt even touch the real problem which was the transmission. They also told us that they would have only charged $400 for what they did and even at other shops $600 max. I am bummed they didnt catch what was really wrong AND over charged us big time. If we would have got a second opinion we might have found that out. Just beware what they are telling you about price. I dont know anything about cars so I believed that would totally fix it. I even asked them if it was going to be good after that and they said "yes". We could have spent that money on a new transmission.

I called around to get several estimates on changing the brakes in my car Springdale was the lowest so I took my car there. I called to make sure they would have a loaner and took my car in the next morning however there was no loaner I scheduled to come back two days later so that I would have a loaner I went back again no loaner. Finally get my car in and the estimate they gave me they said they couldnt find and that they would have to give me a new estimate their new estimate was almost 3 times what the original estimate was. At this point I should have known to not use them but I told them to go ahead and do the work they promised me I would have my car at the end of the day. Its the end of the day and I still have no car but I do have a bill three times what the original estimate was. They have not done a single thing they said they would. Do not use them it is a complete waste of time and money as noted in the other reviews.

Went here, because it was close to our new home. Very expensive - $35 for just an oil change! Their recommended services included brake fluid flush, Cooling system flush, fuel injection cleaning service, power steering flush, transmission fluid flush, replace brakes, rotors & struts. Obviously they were trying to get me to buy services I didnt need. I had my brakes & rotors replaced last year, and they have less than 10K miles on them. I took my car to another garage that was recommended to me, and they found my struts had normal wear & tear on them and did not need replaced. Take your business elsewhere!

The service at Springdale is incredible. I never feel like they are trying to up-sell me anything I dont need. If they recommend something and I want to wait, they are respectful of that and even give options so I can choose how to handle an issue with my Volvo in the meantime. They are creative in finding solutions to common problems, but I never feel like they are taking a shortcut that would affect the quality of the repair. I highly recommend them!

Brought in my car, they replaced a leaky valve steam, wipers, and other small upkeep. I assumed my brake pads needed replacing and they told me they were in good shape - really appreciate their integrity, was finished same day. You cant go wrong with these guys. Excellent service, highly recommended shop!

My college son had a flat the morning he was to drive 5 hours back to school. Springdale Auto got the car in immediately. They were not able to get a new tire until later that afternoon, so they put the spare on and sent us to a competitor they knew had the tire in Stock. All at no charge.
