Im sad to have to write a negative review, as this used to be one of my go-to shops in the area. Unfortunately, it seems theyve had significant staff turn over and the new mechanics are far less competent. A couple of years back I had them redo the exhaust system on my car, only to find out that it needed to be completely redone only 6 months later because of the poor workmanship on their repair. More recently, I took a different vehicle in for four new tires. The next day, one of them was deflated due to a bad valve stem, so I was back at the shop. They took care of the issue at no charge, which I appreciated. However, two weeks later I took that car to a dealership for a different issue. Within 5 minutes of looking at the car, their mechanic identified massive deterioration in one of my struts which, in his words, would be impossible to miss when changing a tire. It also made the car impossible to align, yet Firestone charged me $75 for an alignment, and never notified me about any of these issues. They had to put tires on the car twice and either were too incompetent to notice a blatant issue, or chose not to inform me of the issue so they could charge me for an alignment. Either way, I drove an unsafe vehicle off their property twice, and am thankful that nothing happened to my family and I as a result. When I spoke with the manager about the issue, he did refund me the cost of the alignment (the only reason this is a 2 star review), but he got defensive and refused to accept any responsibility for the error. Needless to say, we wont be going back.

I received absolutely horrible customer service from the gate. The service writer, Rueben was rude, short and did not answer my questions without me asking more than once. He didnt ask me any questions about what services I wanted or discuss prices or what type of oil I wanted. He printed a work order and asked me to sign it without explaining anything. I had to ask about it which then he had to go back to make changes because I didnt want what he had written up. It took them over 3 hours for an oil change & tire rotation. Then when I came to pick up my car, they charged me, but did not actually rotate my tires. ALWAYS MARK YOUR TIRES to ensure they are rotated. Another service writer asked if I marked my tire or my hub cap...I dont have hub caps. I was angered as his tone was belittling. They apologized and then actually rotated my tires. After I left, I noticed a lot of road noise coming from what I thought was my tires. I had to take my car back to a different location the following morning and come to find out, I was dragging the splash shield that they had to remove to complete my oil change because they did not properly secure it back in place. There were only 2 of the 8 required screws in place. They did offer me a free oil change and they are paying to replace my splash shield. I will never return to this location. The customer service and work were both completely unacceptable.

If I were you I would refrain from every going to a Firestone chain unless you are going to just get a simple oil change. I had over $4,500 worth of work done on my Jeep and they still have not fixed the problem. All the way from bearings, 4 brand new tires, right control arm, ball joints, resurfacing the breaks, new rotors.. and my Jeep runs worse than when I first brought it to them. Had to bring back my vehicle a total of 8 or 9 times.. talk about a headache right? If this doesnt sound like a warning to you that they are just trying to suck all of your money out of you pocket then I dont know what it is. Never go here. Worst service ever, not to mention after they worked on one portion of the vehicle and the vehicle still was not running like they said it would, they charged me $100 to re-look at that same exact spot to see what was wrong. Ugh, save yourself some time, money, and your mind and go ANYWHERE else.

Takes way too long for an oil change. Last time I was here they ran out of the oil that I requested (not sure how that happens) and no one ever came to me and told me. It was about 2 hours for an oil change. They offered me a free oil change on my next visit. I thought it was for the same oil change service that I had just gotten done. Apparently it was just for the cheap basic one, not the high mileage one that I needed. They said that the high mileage one was $50. They ended up discounting it the cost of the cheap $20 oil change, but the more I think about it I should have gotten the same service that I waited for 2 hours to get done for free, not one that I didnt need. This time, it took an hour for the oil change. Long story short, I will never come back here again. Very slow service and not too accommodating. If someone from this company wants to contact me, please do.

Had too many issues here. Had my back brakes fixed, and they didnt secure the brake line correctly. It rubber against something sharp and completely severed. I had to drive all the way back without rear brakes. To be fair, they did accept responsibility and repaired it free of charge. However, then I brought my car in another time (dropped it off before work, picked it up after), and they had left the lights on all day and killed the battery. I had to wait around another half an hour while they recharged it. Id recommend really anywhere else then here.

I was nervous taking my import to them for service but they made me feel comfortable. For the work they did (timing belt replacement) w/ water pump and heat exchange for my 2010 Volvo S40, they explained why why these certain things need/should be done. They were able to give me a competitive price and it was only 7 dollars off the estimate. From what I can tell, the work was done correctly in a timely manner. Thank guys! I will most likely come back soon for new tires..

I made an appointment a full week in advance for 10am on a Saturday. I called at 3pm to find out what was taking so long for such a simple fix....they said they hadnt even got it started yet! I had a ride all set up to pick my car up when it was finished and since they didnt fix it until after 4pm I ended up witg NO ride. They literally told me to call an Uber or a Taxi!!!!!!!!! NO APOLOGY NO NOTHING. DONT GO THERE, FIND A MORE FRIENDLY PLACE

Very over priced work and huge lack on knowledge. Wanted over $550 dollars for front right caliper replacement and rear left pad and rotor on 06 Chevy equinox. These parts should be less than $150 meaning over $400 for labor. Not to mention an 06 equinox has drum brakes in the back, so I dont really know were they planned on putting a rotor or pads. Do not go here, very over priced work from people who dont k ow what they are talking about!
