Horrible experience...we were traveling and had an issue with overheating. Jason and his staff said it was due to needing a fan and a coolant flush. They performed both and it was $500. Started driving home and it overheated again. Took it to the mechanic at home who did a block test, turns out they did;t even change the fluid (it looked like jello), and the engine head was cracked which means any service they sold us was a waste of money. One block test would have shown them that we were screwed. Instead, we got to spend an extra $500 we don;t have. And we have 3 kids to feed. stellar.

Idiots. Crazy prices. To get a freon leak fixed, they wanted up to 1500$ for it. Didnt even looked at it After: First of all I paid my mechanic 150$ to fix the leak. You just scared my customer, who wanted to buy a car. I drove there 40 min each way. And you didnt even look under the hood . You are just robots there . Thats all. After I told you there was a leak , you just called my customer to talk on the side , and scared her about my car. Didnt take it for ride, or put it on the lift . Nothing. You will never ever get my business again.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Anytime I have a problem with my car I take it to them and they fix it 100 percent. I never have to take it back for the same problem! I recently moved and had to go to another car shop for my brakes and they charged me 500 dollars and didnt even fix my problem. After the 5 hour drive back home I took it back to these guys and they knew what needed to be fixed and got me back out on the road! They definitly know their stuff.

I was dropped off at Tuffy after a very unpleasant experience with Discount Towing and was greeted with a smile by Jacob at Tuffy. Everyone at Tuffy were exceptional; friendly, helpful, and just what I needed after my bad experience at Discount Towing. Tuffy fixed my problem quickly and didnt even charge me because they said it was an easy fix. I will definitely be going to Tuffy for all my future auto needs. Keep it up!

The amount of business they have reflects their superior service. I have been using this Tuffy location for years from regular scheduled maintenance to minor transmission work. These guys simply kick ass. They are friendly, well priced, and fast. They do not try to sell you extra unnecessary parts or items. They are up front with any issue and well spoken. The actual store itself is very well maintained and presentable. The place looks quality. The service was fast and flawless. Tuffys really took care of me in a pinch. With this one experience I am now a lifetime customer!!!

Guy was amazing I own a pain in the but car that has to have the bumper removed to chain the headlight bulb called them desperate guy was so nice professional and told it would be a pain in the but but he could change it for me without removing the bumper and he did it for cheap after Id went threw an awful experience with grease pro this place will now be my go to from now on

I have been going to this Tuffy (next to Starbucks in Lynn Haven) since 2009. Jason and Mike are two of the most talented, creative, and honest mechanics I have ever known. This is why it is hard to get in there sometimes! They have even given me rides home and offered me lunch when my car was down hard for major repairs. In my opinion they are the best in the business!

Picked up a piece of metal in left rear tire on way to hospital to see our dad. Pulled in to Tuffys and they immediately repaired my tire. The staff are so nice and friendly with great service. Refreshing to see old fashion service. I highly recommend Tuffy Tire and Auto Service in Lynn haven. Thank goodness Google sent us there.

Honest and fast. We have been to this Tuffy a lot - no reflection on them, just a 100k mile car. They are accurate in determining the problem, fix everything quickly, and are always fair on the price. Its not convenient for us to go out there, but we wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

Jason is the definition of a professional. Jacob compliments him in every way. The staff is job orientated and legit. You dont see a bunch of 20 somethings that are apprentices in the shop. There may be 2 of those and they are tightly watched. God bless you guys. Keep up the good work!

We noticed we had a small bolt in one of our tires. Pulled into Tuffy on a Saturday afternoon when most other places were closed. They were able to pull out the bolt, plug it and check air pressure in all of our tires. No charge! Super friendly and quick.

Wish I never met these guys. Ive spent thousands with them trying to fix the same problem. Everytime I go in there, they find more stuff to fix. My original problem is still there. I have to find somebody that knows what they are doing.

Outstanding follow through. Had a hard repair job on a Lincoln which ruptured a power steering fluid o-ring . Noticed the problem after the fact. They took it back in, made time right away and fixed the problem. Definitely trustworthy.

My tire went flat while I was visiting a nearby business. They loaned me an air compressor to get enough pressure to drive to them. Then they were able to repair my tire for less than $15. Friendly staff, eager to help.

I have used Tuffy for several years and have never had a complaint, they are accurate in thier diagnosis and honest, cant find that many places anymore....
