Took my sisters car in for what was suppose to be a free evaluation ended up costing me 40$. After the evaluation person the the office called and stated body valve was the problem. Body valve was replaced and was under warrenty prior to dropping off the car. She stated it would cost 280$ to get the body valve rebuilt and that might not be the problem. They would not assume the body valve was ok and do the next check even thought I insited if it was the body valve was not the problem. Maybe it is the body valve that is brand new and just installed 2 weeks earlier. either way i gave instructions not to work on car. She told me car would not be released until we payed them for their free evaluation??? AAMCO called another 7 times harrasing my sister and me to pick up the car and pay them. Then told my sister the car was going to be parked in the street. I am very disappointed in her customer service skills and would not recommend AAMCO to any one. By the way all this took place from 9:30 am to 11:40am same day. Very disappointed by this large business

The old lady in the front is rude, they tried to deny me the use of coupon and only because Im a active guide did they change their mind. The old man that is there was almost as rude as the old lady. This place gives off a discrimination vibe strong. Never take your car to these people they over charge every time. Had my wife take her car here to see if they would charge her more and they did. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!

Worst experience ever. They took the liberty to do work to my vehicle that I never approved and overcharged for it. When I confronter them (Helen) she was extremely rude and lied directly to my face about the parts and work they did. STRONGLY suggest you stay away and take your business far away from these crooks. Not to mention my air shocks were damaged while my vehicle was in the shop. Legal action is pending.

This location was recommended by friends and Im glad I went there. Price was what I expected but follow up check was included. Free! Staff was friendly, competent and timely. It was a very good experience overall (as much as a transmission rebuild can be) and Id recommend them to anyone.

Scary staff, reminded me of crazies from a mental institution, extreme prices, facility reminded me of a dark run down hospital waiting room where you hear people screaming in the locked operation rooms, you feel as if your going to die in their waiting area. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very fast, very professional, thought I was going to need a total rebuild- they wound up troubleshooting a $150 sensor, was ready within hours to be picked up!
