Worst experience ever writing my review on my going on 2 hour wait to get a plug in my tire. With only one customer in front of me its amazing to watch 5 workers stand around and look at one tire. If at all possible dont waste your time at this poor service shop.

I didnt have a bad experience. The guys did what they were supposed to as far as I know and they didnt have me wait too long. I think the service was about 45 mins or less.

This is a nice enough Wal-Mart, but it is not a Supercenter. There is a Supercenter in Kalamazoo, MI, (on Gull Rd) and one in Oshtemo, MI, that are close.
