Went in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Very professional guys at the front lobby. The whole building and front lobby are in great shape, clean, and well kept. This was my first time here but several "regulars" were in and out while I was waiting and they all seemed to be on a first name basis and very friendly with each other. My truck is relatively new (2012) and I thought it was in excellent shape, but they called me back to inform me that the read leaf spring was broken. Their shop-area is, like their lobby, clean and organized. They made me an estimate for the parts and labor. I called around and Otto Kihm has, by far, the best price . I am going to continue doing business with them. They even have a military discount for some parts. Over all I feel like it was a very pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend them to other people.

I took my car in because it was over heating. They kept it for 5 hours and told me they replaced my coolant and did an oil change and suggested I get new tires and sent me on my way (after charging me $100 - for an oil change and coolant....). The very same day my car was overheating again. I called and asked what they checked and didnt check and they said we didnt check anything after we found the "coolant leak". So far I have not seen any fluid under my car. After they told me they didnt check anything related to the cooling system beyond the radiator, they offered to price a radiator and cooling fan for me - after my car was there for hours and paying for "service". I will not be taking my car here again and I suggest to anyone taking their vehicle there to know EXACTLY what you need from them before you get there.

My best friend blew out my front 2 tires a few weeks ago. Otto Kihm Tire & Auto Service was the closest place to me- so I took my car there to be repaired. I read the reviews and it was rated a 4.4 so I thought my car will be in good hands... WELL I WAS WRONG. For the past few days my car has been making a weird noise and the steering wheel was vibrating as I was driving. I took my car to Belle Tire and they immediately asked who put my front 2 tires on. I told them Otto Kihm Tire & Auto Service and they laughed and said that my tires were not put back on correctly and that 1 of them was on the verge of falling off any given bump. Once my car was lifted up, I watched him take the nuts off BY HAND ONLY. This place is a joke. IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND THOUSANDS FIXING YOUR CAR BECAUSE THEY MESSED IT UP- DO NOT GO HERE.

I took my car to Otto Kihm to see if there was any way to repair a ticking noise made by my engine. They thought it was the flywheel, while other mechanics were certain it was an engine cylinder problem. Otto Kihm was willing to put in writing that if the problem was not the flywheel, they would not charge me. A $600 job later they called to tell me it wasnt the flywheel after all, and that my car has a new flywheel in it and there would be no charge. Now, I was a bit sad that the flywheel wasnt the problem (a cheaper repair than an engine block), but they honored the agreement. Character is at a premium these days.

I took my car there to get new brakes and rotors they let me buy/bring my own parts, price was right. Although about 2-3 months later when you hit my brake the car shakes in the front on the drivers side if going fast. This is scary & will be taking it back and there yes as they will fix it as Im sure it was 6 months or a year on labor Ive taken my car there a lot . the only place in town that will let you bring your own parts (from elsewhere) and usually do great work. All the staff treated me very kind and they have no problem aknowledge their mistakes and fix them when/if they nake them with no hassel. Ill be back,

Walked in at 1015am told them what i was hearing from my passenger side tire and that i think something like a rock was caught in my brakes. He gave me a what do you want me to do about it look.. Then proceeded to tell me the close in a hour n a half. Which is fine i get it iiifff ur busy... Then didnt even ask if i wanted to bring it in on monday or to make an appt. I had to ask him if there was anything available for monday... I went to a different shop they got me in and fixed the grinding(which it wasnt a rock but something was stuck against the rotor that was simply removed) before this shop even closed.

I called in trying to troubleshoot an issue with my ac to see if it was something I could handle myself. Rather than telling me to just bring it in they guy I talked to walked through the issue with me. If I cannot resolve the issue on my own the cost that he stated it would be to fix the issue was lower than anywhere else I called, so I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here based on the level of customer service alone.

Good people. Had my front suspension done and a week later I started having horrid noise and poor handling, took it back in and they fixed their error and had it back to me the same day without any problems. The gentleman who stands at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, the other person who is usually sitting at the computer seemed a little disgruntled the few times I came in....maybe he isnt a morning person?

We have taken our two older cars to O Kihm since first moving to Kzoo in 03. After probl., +25 times to see them during this 10 year span, i can honestly say that Brian always seems to have great humor. With Bob, the other Brian and all the techs, each rep. seems to be very thorough with and capable in getting our autos fixed properly and at very fair prices. Due to their integrity, i recommended O Kihm wholeheartedly.

GF brought in her Subaru to have tires install that were purchased from TireRack. No hassle about tire from somewhere else. Also had an alignment done. Great to talk too as well. Prices are average, but thats business! Customer Service is top notch. Will be bringing my own car here in the future for jobs I cant or wont do myself.

I had several things that needed repair on my vehicle. I was so happy with how I was treated and I was kept updated on everything. The guys are all super friendly and kind. The price was reasonable considering all the work they had to do. My car is running great and I will be back if I need anything else!

I was on vacation in Kalamazoo when my "check engine" light came on. At the recommendation of a friend, I took my car to Otto Kihm - a great decision. They found the problem and fixed it in only a few hours at a very reasonable price. Fast, very friendly service. I would recommend Otto Kihm to anyone!
