I wish I could give these guys more stars! The best auto repair experience Ive had. WHOLESOME HONEST folks who charge REASONABLE PRICES. They were straight up with letting me know the actual issues of my car and did not try to give me a long list of other things to fix or trying to tally over thousands of dollars like how Ive experienced at any other shop Ive take my car. Such a pleasant relief I found these guys!! They got my car in quick, they called me back promptly letting me know what they found with the estimate, and had it fixed the same day. Im all for supporting mom &a pop shops. Will definitely be taking my car back here for any future repair needs :)

Highly recommend! Our car broke down leaving Michigan Adventures and we had it towed to Cascade Auto, leaving it there at 1am in the morning. I talked to them in the morning and they quickly took a look at it. It was the alternator and they thought it be done by noon. By 10:30 they call me to tell me the car was done! The price was very reasonable and the staff very friendly. To top it off, I noticed that the steering wheel that had been pointing to 10 while driving straight now lined up with the road! Bonus points! Great service all around. If I lived closer (we live 4 hours away) I would take my cars here every time.

I called in at 5:25pm and they close at 6pm asking if I could just get someone to look at the brakes and I was told yes how fast can you be here! I was in the area so I made it in 10 min. Andy looked at it right away and said brake pads were done for and needed to be replaced because it wasnt safe to be on the roads! He said he would stay late and get it done in a hour and a half and was actually done in an hour! They are fast, friendly, and professional!! Thanks again :)

Had a skid plate dragging on the road. Although a couple bolts was all required to refasten and repair, Cascade Hills Auto fixed at no charge! Thats pretty unheard of now-a-days. I have been taking my car to Cascde Hills Auto for a couple years now and they are very honorable, honest and upfront about work required and cost. I would highly recommend.

These guys were awesome, I called them in the morning with a broken radiator and cooling fan, they had the parts ordered and installed within four hours. They even took a look at the rest of the car to make sure everything was in shape. Prices were reasonable too, likely would have paid double at the dealer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My girlfriend has been taking her car here for over a year and I have recently started bring my car in as well. Prices are very reasonable. The guys here are straight shooters, they wont sell you services you dont need. Trustworthy and the best garage Ive ever had service done at.

I have been taking my cars there for 6 years now. Always reasonable, never a surprise, and are honest about what COULD be done vs what NEEDS to be done. They are great! I wish they took Amex so I could get my miles! If they did I would give them six stars! ;-)

Had a great experience there. They came in at half the cost of the dealership. They were realistic in telling me it might take a couple of days, but had it done less then 24 hours later. Showed me the part and explained what went wrong.
