They dont give you what you signed up as a childcare provider and stick you in childcare centers expecting you to know everything then if something goes wrong you get the blame and cut hours. Plus if youre full time you dont always get full time work and you have to work various places to make it an eight hour shift. Also Childcare centers directors that have issues with you dont always talk to you about any problems arising but instead call the company making you look bad. Then someone from the company calls you while becoming rude to you even though you have no idea what happened.
