My major issue with them was that when I applied for a Human Resources position, they decided to match me with a production job. This was not what I was looking for. What I would have appreciated is that they continued to work on my behalf to find something where my qualifications would be better placed. I also didnt like the lack of communication on their part. I was dealing with at least two different people, and sometimes three. I think they expect simplicity and for no one to complain. It took them a long time fix a pay issue I had as well. In issue with the pay being corrected, its a lengthy process, and I notice what I am dealing with is that its always someone elses fault in the office. As someone who has done this day in and day out, I know that looking into the specifics of why payment wasnt processed in a paycheck from four weeks back, does not take that long. Also, if its an issue with the time clock, that should be fixed. This is work that people are not getting paid for. Im going to say all in all, I was disappointed. These are only some of the issues I had.

I got my job at black and decker through them and it was fine because i got the job pretty fast and did not have to worry about kellys but i went back to kellys 2 year later and they were not professional or understanding they only cared about hiring who ever they can and did not check high school deploma so any one could get hired which is good and bad but my opinion they were not helpful and very rude.
