Tom and Eric were fantastic. They made the process painless when other storage options unfortunately only lead to frustration when speaking to their sales reps or management. They have a fully climate controlled warehouse thats both huge and provide easy transportation throughout the complex its located. If youre on the fence on working with them, or looking at other competitors in the area - theyre your best solution - I guarantee youll agree that they have one of the nicest facilities in Louisville and the pricing is more than affordable for what youre getting. Are they $5? No, but youre not paying hundreds of dollars for a run down building in a bad part of town. Everything is top notch and theyve got great security procedures and equipment. I typed a lot, but I feel that they delivered more than my moneys worth on this occasion and look forward to using them again in the future. Keep up the great work!

I have been thinking about getting a storage unit for a few months now, and for the first time I decided to do some quick research. Extra space storage was the first listing and the pricing seemed fair so I called for some info. the person on the phone connected me to the location nearest to me and when I went got there was Mike waiting for me and Showed me around and he was able to answer all my questions, including ones I didnt know I had! Everything was so new and the security seemed top of the line, I ended up leaving with the keys to my unit same day! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to store their things with peace of mind.

Awesome people! Nice prices! Clean place! Did I mention awesome people? Come quickly! They have a first month off deal going on. Youll need to pay a min. $10 insurance that covers up to $2,000 property, and to buy their special lock, as well as a one time admis. fee, but you know what? It is STILL really cheap!! Again, fantastic place. Feels like family. Dont think it twice if you need a storage place, just go ahead and give them a shot.

I had the best experience here when I went to pick my storage space. Theyre very detailed with making sure you know exactly how much space getting. I also like knowing that the price guaranteed for one year, I dont have to worry abouty storage price going up in 30 days, or 3-6 months.

The customer service was AMAZING!...Mike took time to go over the procedures in leasing a unit with me...The storage office was very CLEAN AND SMELLED AWESOME!!...i felt very secure with my belongings being stored there with the high-tech security and cameras.

Friendly staff, Easy access, reasonable prices, clean, climate controled, and get this- even a truck to help you move things. The team member I spoke to was a 17yr Navy vet and we swapped sea tales. Great experience, highly recommend them.
