the actual facility is no different than the previous owner. My problem is the billing, the email bill is NOT open able. The download has no data in it and they expect us to be able to figure what they want paid and by when. They need to use a PDF program that is readily available to all. I tried 4 different browsers and 2 PDF programs and still do not have a usable bill. It is listed as 1 star but should be a minus 1.

Nice and quiet storage facility. Had some issues with the gate when I first purchased my storage but Customer Service was helpful. Wish there was a live person in the facility though to help is my only complaint.

Only two negatives: whoever cleans their lot blows dirt into the units (filthy dirty!!!), and the gate is left open too often. Not secure!!!! Give us a break if you are letting gate stay open.

I have had no problems with this company. I like that it is automated the units are in great shape its easy to get in and out of the facility. I would recommend to anyone I see.

Very easy to get in to and out of with a uhaul truck. Clean and video recording of the property, so I feel safe going at night alone. Staff is friendly and helpful.
