-Broken into during november. -alerted in december -secured my unit with a plastic tie. -inadequate lighting -inadequate security surveillance -heroin addicts climbed fence with blanket -field mice ate and defecated on everything -Customer Manager claimed it is not their fault -advertises bright lighting, security fence, and 24/7 surveillance for your comfort of mind. Did not mention 3 cameras next to my unit all looked at the same corner and not the actual unit. -Contacting them only resulted in "did you get insurance? No? Sorry." -inadequate weatherproofing (water damage) -No followup from security guy on camera footage. -My personal property ended up on public news -All you need to recover stolen property is to describe it. -All the amenities that I was drawn to this facility (lighting, cameras, security fence) are actually what painted my unit as the perfect target. -I was told repeatedly, that its my job to notify maintenance if a light is out. I didnt sign up to constantly check light bulbs or camera position or even be there during the night. There were no lights out. There simply was NO lighting. Summary, store your belongings elsewhere. I just bought a storage shed and put it in my parents yard for the same price this facility cost me. $100.00 a month.

I am very satisfied with the storage and personnel. I do have a problem with the cost of the units. My cost has been raised twice since I have had it. It started out being $108 , then it increased to $120 and now in March it will increase to $130. Do you intend to increase it every year? I cant keep paying this cost. You dont give a reason why, you just send a notice saying it is being increased. It seems you would give long term customers some type of break.
