Not so sure about this place anymore, My first impression was really well of this place and over the years having a locker there i have been told by neighbors that people have had their lockers broke into which made me very uneasy about my belongings in there. After looking around carefully out of curiosity i had realized that there were no cameras aimed anywhere down any of the main locker isles they have since added cameras to do exactly that but it took them a very long time. However there is still no cameras in the Air Conditioned buildings. Yes you can see people going in and out from the building on the cam but you dint know what they do in there. Aside from that i as once again curious and tried random codes on the gate that were not my own and got in after the 5th code. They have poor security and should really look into that. I was also there the other day and there were 2 U hauls parked in front of the gate one almost slammed into the other not by accident it was clear someone did that as a Screw you to them. And in all honesty they should have. There is no room to park them at all and it blocks off most of the main area to get in and out when full. Q2 should be aware of how many incoming u hauls on their system they are taking in and if necessary someone should move them behind the gates so that they do not take over the parking lots and have people get pissed at them.

After having a storage unit there for about 5 years, I was finally ready to clear it out, but I wasnt sure if I would be able to get it empty by the end of the month. The staff was extremely helpful and offered to prorate Septembers rent for only the days until I could get it emptied, so I chose 9/2 as my move out date and they prorated 2 days rent. I ended up getting the unit cleared out on 8/31. About a week later, I received a refund check for those two days in September. Obviously, I wasnt worried about those two days. But the honesty does not go unnoticed. Thanks guys!

I have 4 storage units here for about 6 months....the staff is so friendly and they have been GREAT! It is also so convenient to my home and it is always clean. I have rented in other places around town and this is by far the best. Highly recommend!
