Very inconsiderate office staff. When it was time to check out because we no longer needed storage unit we were told we would have to pay for the whole next month since we were there (in the actual office) 10 minutes passed close (sweeping out the unit to ensure it was clean for the next user) and they had apparently already checked and saw that there was still a lock on the unit. However the open sign was still up and the door was not locked. My dad and I made it there as soon as we could since he didnt get off of work until late. I understand you have a business to run, but it couldve been handled better. If you can stay open late to sign a lease you can stay open to let us check out.

Great pricing and startup specials. Staff are great and drove me to my unit to check it out before I paid. I have an indoor unit and it is very clean and doors are brand new and work great. I just transferred from a different company and blue lick is much cheaper and much nicer.
