The bogus promotion are hilarious. We thought we were saving money by coming to Simply Self Storage (SSS)...we thought wrong.. The first glimpse of nonsense was when we went to move in. We were told that we had to buy an $11 OR $15 lock from SSS in order to receive the promotional offer. Already paid for uhaul and moving in now so that was honestly our only choice. Next we informed the guy that went through the paperwork with us that we were going to set up autopay before our next billing cycle and that we didnt want to receive the notice each month because we would have to pay for it. The next month I called about being charged for not setting up autopay when we already set it up they said it would be fixed and credited towards our next bill. The next month same story so I called again and got the same answer this time. The next month I called again and they said youre being billed for the monthly notice not for not setting up autopay. WAIT WHAT??!!.we set it up from day 1 saying we didnt want the notice. They said that I wont be charged anymore youre off the list now. BOOM next month and another charge.. So I called once again and asked why were we charged... I got this ridiculous answer "because you didnt call before the 10th of last month"...I know for a fact I called well before the 10th because they charge on the 1st of each month...when I noticed that they took the money out I called the very same day. ..now it brings us to today... Received a notice IN the mail not about next month payment but theyre slapping an extra 5+ dollars on our bill each month simply because they want to.. So you think youre getting a DEAL (Absolutely Not) ... Well youre not on the Price is Right!

I like that its in town. and they have the lowest prices. Theres someone there 24 hours a day and they check your storage lockers everyday time. Very nice and understanding people willing to work with you and give you the best deals but it dont matter when you move your stuff un they stell want you to pay on the frist of the mouth or you will get a later fee by the 5th
