There are pros and cons to this storage facility. Overall, I absolutely love it. I can access my belongings any time of any day. Every person has their own gate code to get in, so it feels very secure.. The units are well structured, and as far as I can tell they dont leak any water. With that being said though , I once went at night to go to my unit and the front gate was just open. I called the customer service desk and they already knew the gate was open, but they couldnt tell me why. They didnt know what was wrong and wasnt going to have anyone come out until the next day. I was very upset and didnt end up going into my unit that night.. The one other thing that happened was they tried to charge my card twice for the same month... Saying that they didnt have the payment, and I had my bank account pulled up on my phone where the charge was made, and the lady still argued with me..

It’s a nice, clean facility that appears to be well secured. The only issue I have is where my unit is located, there’s no lighting. Ultimately, I can only access my unit during the day due to there not being any light. This isn’t a huge issue for me as I don’t really need to access it at night but we did load it at night and had to rely on light from cell phones. No light poles. No interior lights. Other than that, it’s a great place.

Clean, easily accessible and not bad on cost. Other facilities have offered free month but monthly is higher in turn Id paid for that month anyway. Courteous customer service through the on site Kiosk. I was able to rent, pay for and later purchase a lock right there. Perfect for me, limited time to move out. Thanx.

The Storage Express, 8331 KY-44, Mt. Washington, Ky. 40047 I have found to be a clean, well protected place to store personal items. The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. I would not even think about storing my personal items in any other storage unit in Mt. Washington.

The shed was clean and all areas around the facility. Theres extra lightening and security cameras. They have office in front with access to make payments, etc. And easy access to enter 24/7.

Convenient - but lighting is bad, you cant come at night to get anything out if you need it. We like the cleanness of it and the easy payment option.
