if you are ever behind on payments,I did non intentionally they will double the monthly fee within one week of being late then put a lien on property,tripling payment. If you get behind or forget they will not call you or mail you to let you know. They will try to swindle you and the lady on the front counter is screwy 200+over weight in booty shorts all day everyday @ 30 degrees outside. Somebody with less than a couple feet of boost or jump up can get into the storage locker next to your own /break-in. They do not claim any responsibilities and make you sign a waiver and suggest renters insurance like everyone else.mid 2016 Multiple felony break-ins. Did they catch them,Did they call me and others to let know their property is at risk? NOPE They want to screw you in one form or another.Stink bug infestation and they will not let you spray or "bomb". They say its illegal and against their politics/paper work/contract. I got mine from the front desk lady after much discussion on the hush hush. Even something as simple as that is bs somehow. PEOPLE FOR YOU!!!corporate greed ruins everything and cuts off all commonsense/business common sense.

Do not rent rent from these people! It is not family-owned business anymore and they are ruthless. They will threaten to sell contents of your unit if you dont pay their made-up, ficticious fees, if you are late paying. They claim since they are "month-to-month" there isnt a contract therefore they can basically sell your contents if your more than 14 days late on rent pymt and if you dont like it, go talk to an attorney (basically saying they can do what they want). Then, they make up fees to tack on to the late fee, like "pre=lien fee" for $25 at 20 days late and if you dont pay it all, threaten to sell and will sell your contents at end of the month. This again is less than 25 days late! BEWARE!!

I have two units here and I LOVE this place. The units are nice, no hidden fees in the entire year that Ive been here, and the service is top notch! The woman who works the office is so sweet, and helpfu, when I have questions or concerns. The prices are also great. I havent seen another storage park with better pricing. As long as I need a storage unit I will be at Attic Storage!
