I would not recommend doing business with this company. With other storage facilities they offer to prorate your monthly fees with a 2 week notice. Extra storage does not. And they demand you take your lock off of the unit immediately so that they can double rent the unit that they refusd to prorate.also they raise your rates without any notice. I will be reporting to the better business Bureau.

I had an awesome experience at this place. I got my stuff in storage quickly and and at a reasonable rate. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Im a veteran so I had orders to leave immediately. I cant remember the young lady last name? But I believe her 1st name is Tonya. I cant say enough about this young lady but THANK YOU! I would highly recommend this storage place to other people.

My fiancé and I are moving to Ky within the next month to live with his parents so we will need a place to store our things temporarily. We stopped at Extra Space and was greeted by the manager Audrey. She was very friendly and helpful and understood that we didnt need the unit right away. She didnt pressure us and we felt very comfortable. We do plan to rent there when we return to Ky.

Audrey was most helpful as I really was not sure what I needed. She offered many options for me and was willing to go out of her way to make sure I had the choices that best suited me. I ended up having to postpone my move and Audrey has called me on a few occassions to touch base and assure that shes ready for me when I am ready. Thanks Audrey!

My cousin rented from this facility over the weekend. The manager was very helpful and was able to answer all her questions. He made the process very easy and she was able to start getting moved in quickly. The property was very well kept. If i ever need storage in the future I will definitely be choosing this one. Would recommend to friends.

I have rented with other storage facilities in the past but never with Extra Space Storage. I have to say that I am very happy with Extra Space Storage. Their staff is very friendly. They are always checking on the units. They are a clean facility. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
