Edit: Was contacted and was refunded the time that I was there and shouldnt have been. Ill give you another star for this, but it doesnt make what happened right. The time we were there was nice, and convenient. But customer service is important and a manager that is organized and just doesnt assume everything. Old Review: Clean facilities, fair pricing. However, management (Jenni, I am talking about you) is downright horrible, rude, and inconsiderate. We gave WRITTEN notice on Oct. 31st that we were vacating and moving out at the end of November (actually, the unit was empty on Oct. 31st, but because you have to give a 10 day written notice, we had to pay for November and wait till the end of the month to move out). She never processed our move-out. I got noticed on Nov. 26th that I had a bill due, (which conveniently is less than 10 days before your bill is due) tried to call, no answer. Left MULTIPLE voicemails, no call back. I went in on Dec. 3 to find out why I was still getting charged, and she blamed ME for not contacting them right away when I got the bill and not following up on my WRITTEN MOVE-OUT NOTICE. She gave excuses about "we have over 400 units and not enough staff to check these things" all while she was sitting in the office chit-chatting with a friend. Avoid this place, and to be honest, this entire company at all costs. There isnt a corporate office to call and complain to, you have to deal with the local managers, then you will get nowhere. Now I am stuck paying for an empty storage unit for another month because she failed to do her job.

False advertising! They advertise 24/7 rental and 24/7 access (look at their webpage). I rented at 10:30 from the kiosk, loaded up, came back at 11:30 couldnt get in. Was informed by 1-800 customer service that access hours stop at 11pm. I chose this place SOLELY on the fact I could rent and access 24/7. Imagine my dismay after loading everything up, after being given no reason to believe anything OTHER than I could get in 24/7 only to find they LIED! Customer service said they would attempt to send a message to the manager to see if she could make an exception but they couldnt guarantee Id hear back tonight. Needless to say, I never did. Even more ironic, there is a neon "open" sign flashing on the front of their building. I guess they are just "open" to take your money, but not give you what you paid for and they said they would. Secondly, they charged me a pro-rated first months rent (which is fine) and then another months full rent, BUT only says Im paid up through the next 15 days!!! BUYER BEWARE - There are too many choices when it comes to self storage and these people are not running a stand up business.

Community Storage is a safe, clean, and extremely well managed facility. The security in place is very effective and is amplified by the watchful eye of manager Jenni Summers. She is an outstanding professional who understands customer service and demonstrates that quality with her customers daily. The pricing is very competitive but the quality of the facility, and outstanding management skills of Jenni makes Community Storage in Noblesville a tremendous bargain. I plan on being a client as long as I have a storage need.

We have used Community Storage on two different occasions to help with moving. We stored extra items for a couple of months each time. The facilities are clean and secure. Passcode entry only. The booking process was super easy and the prices cannot be beat in the Hamilton County Area. Jenni has been there every time to help us with any issues or concerns. Would highly recommend this place for your storage, moving, or Uhaul needs.

This facility is managed an operated by wonderful people who take pride in their facility. It is very clean and very secure. With the auto pay feature, it takes the stress out of having late fees.they also provide the opportunity to insure your stored items as well. ive trusted my items there for over 2 years!!l. Just an all around friendly, professional, owner running a top notch storage facility!! A+++

I have been with Community Storage in Noblesville on Hague Road for several years now and have had no issues with anything. My son had a storage bin for the last year and he just closed out of that as hes getting his own apartment now. Everything we did with the manager went well... the facility is clean and weve had no issues at all. Id highly recommend this storage facility.
