I had (and continue to have) a great experience with the facility manager at this Simply Self Storage location. She was new in the position when I called on her in late Oct/early Nov but she provided over-the-top and very knowledgeable support for my needs. The facility is clean, convenient and great pricing was offered. I was also pleased with the security. I highly recommend her and this location. In fact, I have additional storage needs for another family member and didnt hesitate to arrange those needs here as well!

Rachel was so tremendous when I stopped in to make a payment, and ask a question for my Grandfather with very detailed instructions! Rachel was very helpful and polite ,she was also so nice, and very professional too. I really appreciated it!! Thanks, and I love that this is also a safe property with surveillance cameras in all the drives to record the units and plus gate systems and the fencing. Excellent!!!!!! So my Gpas storage is safe.

I was in a tight bind and Anthony was more than helpful. He was very pleasant to speak with and gave me all the information I needed. Once I arrived, he was even more delightful. We were able to get the paperwork completed, a tour of the unit, and even had time to unload my bins all within my lunch hour. I really had a great experience with Anthony Mills when I purchased a storage unit from him. He was helpful on helping me pic the right size unit I needed for what I had, also great attitude and he was under the weather that day. But overall very pleased cause this was the first time I ever received good customer service from a storage unit place.

The owner refused to tell me exactly where the storage shed was at. (I needed to know how far I would have to carry boxes to.) I have never met a more unprofessional person in my life. I tried calling to share my experience but it seems impossible to get anyone on the phone. I went down the street and "simply" got a new storage unit.

Awful Service!!! Two days before my reservation they sold my reserved unit and didnt have anything comparable for me. Closest thing was twice the price. They didnt even tell me that walk-ins could take your unit you reserved if it was the last one! Now I have no where to put my stuff. Be WARNED!
