Helpful, friendly staff - even remembered my name when I showed up a week after renting the unit to buy some boxes & bubble wrap. Pleasant & understanding on phone call to me when my credit card was rejected for the second months rent because the account number had changed. Just showed up to get wardrobe box that wouldnt fit in my Prius if folded as usual, so they sold me the preassembled floor model to get me on my way quickly.

I had to do all of my planning from a great distance, on one of the coldest days imaginable and at the last minute. The office staff not only made the move possible and accommodated me with a storage unit but were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They made the impossible happen and facilitated all my needs as well as directing me with other advice concerning the area." Above and beyond".... is my rating.

I have rented from Community on several occasions throughout the years. I have used Community Storage to store my boat, motorhome as well as several antique cars. They have always been a pleasure to work with and have provided excellent accommodations. The facility is always clean and secure. I would highly recommend them for any storage need and will continue to use them as needed.
