Stephanie and the owner went out of their way to let us park our trailer for a few days so we could visit family in Ohio. We are from Atlanta and didnt want to drag it all the way there. We called other storage facilities only to be rudely denied. Stephanie met us at the gate, helped us work the gatecode and walked back to our spot to make sure we were satisfied with our storage area. Fantastic Service!

Rented a uhaul and had a great experience! The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for my needs. The hours were flexible. The key drop-off box was handy and easy to use. The only negative was the driveway/parking lot being small and uneven.

Very nice facility located off Westport Road. Theyve got high pitched ceilings for more storage room vs the standard "box" units everyone else had around town. Plus, they give you 24/7 access to your stuff. Plenty of temperature controlled units too.
