In response to the previous responder, it is not uncommon to have an upset parent post something negative about our facility. I have worked at for Promised Land Child Care for 8 years and have heard very few negative comments about the employment and care being provided. It is our policy that when the parent responsible for providing us with a registration form, chooses to fill out a new form because the childs father is no longer able to pick the child due to whatever reason, we are not to release the child to anyone not on that form (she specifically told us he was not to pick the baby up). Furthermore, there was a witness who told Becky, the director, (who did exactly what she was supposed to do in regard to a situation like this) after the incident that she handled it properly and was more than please that his grandchild attended Promised Land Child Care! As far as bookkeeping, We, like you, are human and make mistakes. The issue here, is that this family owed several weeks of
<br/>Payments and the receipts were not lost, considering I have it here in front of me. The care provided for this child was neither neglectful nor unwarranted, and I have witnessed numerous times the attention being paid to this child, whom we adore. It is hard to place such judgement when one enters the facility and spends approximately 3 minutes picking up their child and has no idea what goes on the other 11 operating business hours. Our staff provides unconditional love and the best quality of care we can for any child who enters our facility. I will personally vouch for our nursery staff, as they have worked here for many years and have provided wonderful care for these children.

This place should be shut down. There are way too many kids here and after only three weeks my son got ringworm just like the previous reviewer stated. The people who work here always looked overwhelmed and management is not very friendly or accomodating. I take my son to Kindercare on Zorn Ave. now and hes been there more than a year. He loves it and the staff there are like night and day compared to Promised Land.

My son has been going to Promised Land for roughly 6 months now. I absolutely love this place because my son does. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If every I have an issue the owner quickly resolves it. I could not be happier with the care my son gets from Promised Land.
