My child is almost 3 years old. He has been at this center for about a year. Everything was going well until the NEW center was decided to be opened. The OWNER Rhonda blows you off any time you try and talk to her about a problem. The director was great and every time I had an issue I felt it got handled but once she was "moved to the other center" my child started coming home hungry, in other kids pull-ups ( I know for a fact he ALWAYS has his own) 90% he had been sitting in his own poop. I ask him every day did you go on the potty he would say "NO that they just let him go in the pull-up" There are always kids going up and down the stairs BY THEM SELVES the teacher that is supposed to be with them is either already down and in the kitchen area or still up in the class room. It would be nothing for one of the kids to fall, trip, or as little kids push each other down the steps. ALSO being unsupervised in the stair way area where people come and go WHAT IF A CHILD WALKED OUT BEHIND ANOTHER PARENT PICKING UP THEIR KID??? They say they opened this center because as parents they understand how hard it is to find good childcare...WELL YOU WONT FIND IT HERE!! I am in the process of pulling my son and nephew as they do not care about you or your kid all they care about is the money you drop in the box every Monday. AND NOT TO MENTION YOU CAN no longer right a check what is that cash, money order, or they will sign you up to have it pull from your bank account every week NOW PLEASE TELL ME HOW THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR CHILD AND NOT JUST THE MONEY!!!!!!!!! TO:Angela Compton I would pull my child immediately however there is a 2 week notice in the handbook. I am not sure about most parents but I cannot pay $280 to pull my child out on top of start-up for the new school that he will be going to. NOW if the fees were waved we would be gone tomorrow!!!!! I am a good working mother that is trying to make sure her child is well taken care of as well as learning while I cannot be there and I honestly DO NOT feel this center can do that especially when the OWNER is talking about parents behind their back...YES I HEARD YOU... I guess you thought I gone out the door but I was coming back down the stairs from putting pull-ups for my child in his room and hear the OWNER and another staff member talking about parents including myself IN FRONT OF KIDS!!!! Say what you want about me I dont care BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW ME, BUT DO NOT DO IT IN FRONT OF CHILDREN... And do not question my child about who he is around because you know what he is almost 3 YES HE TELLS ME THESE THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE this daycare! I would recommend this daycare to all parents looking for a safe, happy, clean and loving place for their children of all ages! I have two children there (son almost 4 years old and daughter 18 months old) that have been at this daycare since they were just 10 tiny weeks old. My children are always happy, clean and safe. My son and daughter just adore all the childcare providers from all the age classes they have progressed through starting with Ms. Hazel, then Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Bo, Ms. Martha, Ms. Terri, Ms. Kris, Ms. Courtney and the director, Ms. Melanie, and the owner, Ms. Rhonda. Hell, Ms. Melanie, helped me with so many questions I had as a first time parent! She helped me with tips and suggestions when I came to her about starting baby food solids, switching from bottle to sippy cup, potty training, letting me know what toys my son seemed to favor so I would have great ideas for birthday gifts and Christmas gifts. I consider her a friend and have warm affections towards her. I am sad that she is now at the second location and miss her dearly. With that said, its a wonderful place for your children. Both my son and daughter have grown attachments to each of their teachers as they have moved up to new rooms as they have grown. The daycare had several field trips that my son LOVED like the Louisville Zoo and The Kentucky Science Center. Next week they are going to Slow Poke Farm to see all the pumpkins! I went on the field trip when they went to the Zoo and it was a great time! I just cant say enough about this daycare! If there was ever a problem or concern I have ALWAYS communicated them and they have ALWAYS been corrected. It makes me so happy to see my son hug his teachers. My 18 month daughter gives hugs and blows kisses to her teachers, too! Love is at this daycare. A strong foundation is here and they are here to help take care of your children so that you can go to work with peace of mind and not worry about your little ones. ::BIG SHOUT OUT OF LOVE TO R FUTURE CHILD CARE CENTER:: Thank you for all the love and care you have given my children over the almost 4 years they have been there. I know that when my children are there they are SAFE! They are HAPPY! They are LEARNING! They are THRIVING!

It made me laugh to see Melanie and Rhonda bashing people on the internet. How unprofessional is that. To know the owner and the director are online talking badly about people should be enough to pull your children out. My child attended R Future for around 18 months. I had always heard horror stories so my husband and I chose to pull our child out. Every time I walked in to that facility, the children were running around unsupervised or cleaning. In my childs classroom, the teacher was never to be found. If she was present in the classroom, she was playing on her cell phone while all the children sat around a table. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The overwhelming amout of Rhondas family who works there is alarming. My child always came home starving. Every day they would have the same thing... corn and chicken nuggets (very small portions.) These are growing children. At this facility there is no curriculum. The children are learning absoultely nothing, but I mean how can they learn if their teachers are no where to be found. Ive also heard from three former employees (who all quit on their own will) that there were several cases of abuse where teachers were smacking children with rulers. From what I heard state workers found 30 something rulers hidden throughout the classroom. I also know of several children who claim they were hit by staff. We have since placed our child in a wonderful child care center which facilitates learning in a loving and caring environment. After reading all these reviews, I feel horrible for leaving my child in this place as long as I did.

PARENTS LISTEN, the previous reviews says it all BUT, I just want to say this is the worst Daycare I have EVER come across. They do VERY little to actually teach the kids anything, the kids are ALWAYS watching TV or "coloring". No effort to educate the children. The staff is so rude! Why have a daycare if you have such a POOR attitude toward the kids and parents? Not to mention, If you are a minute late to pick up your child, they charge $1 per minute and tell you NOT to bring back the child until it is paid. So if your stuck in traffic, it may cause you $$$$. They dont even greet you upon entering, unless of course there is a balance owed, then that is the first words that is uttered out of their disrespectful mouths. The staff in under qualified and keeps turning over, every week there is a new face. If you love your little ones, DO NOT bring them to this daycare. Believe me, from a parent that had there child there, they will NOT be kindergarten ready with the lack of teaching that goes on there.
