We’ve all heard it said that choosing childcare is one of the most difficult tasks parents face. And, it’s true. If you’re reading this it’s probably because you are considering choosing Almost Home for your baby. While each family has different priorities and perspectives, I hope what I share with you will help with your decision. From the moment I walked in the door at Almost Home, it just felt right. The place was clean, bright and had a happy feel. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The babies all seemed happy, well tended and full of life. (We had visited other daycares where the babies seemed melancholy and lethargic…as if they weren’t ever engaged in activities or stimulated.) Susie took plenty of time with us to show us around and answer all of our questions. After the tour, we told her we would talk about it and get back with her. In less than an hour, we were back with our completed enrollment forms. I immediately knew I had made a good choice because when Susie saw us come back, she was delighted. She shouted out, “We’re getting Zoe!” And, we could tell that her excitement was genuine.

Almost Home is literally the best experience Ive ever had with a daycare. You see all the horror stories about different daycares and the mistreatment of children and babies, and Almost Home is perfection. They truly love the babies they care for, and do whatever possible to ease the minds of parents. They interact and engage each infant, instead of just sticking them in a bouncy all day. They play and snuggle with my Ella Bella as if she were their own. I wish so badly my tiny girl wasnt "graduating" at the end of August! Ive searched and searched and nothing compares to Crystal, Amanda, and Nicole at Almost Home. Not to mention, how many daycares have a "Mee-maw" (like a grandma) that comes just to rock and sing to the babies? Mee-maw is the sweetest woman! Truly, as a self-proclaimed "picky parent" if you are looking for a daycare for your precious baby look no further. Almost Home is 100% our home away from home!

My son has attended Almost Home for the last 10 months, and I have been so pleased with the care he has received from Susie and her staff! I was so nervous about leaving my child at a daycare when I went back to work, but those feelings disappeared after only a few days. Susie and her staff are so friendly and caring. You can tell that they really value each child and know them on an individual level. My son has done everything from art projects to music time to even learning some basic sign language so he can let me know what he needs before he learns to talk! Babies do have to "graduate" to a new daycare when they turn one, and I am so sad that we will have to leave Almost Home... but I am grateful that he got such fantastic care while he was there. Almost Home helps give babies a wonderful start to life! When we have our next child he/she will attend also, no question!

I am a very, very picky first-time mom! We toured Almost Home along with several other facilities that charged double what Almost Homes tuition was and we knew Almost Home was better than any of the other places. Suzie and her girls are amazing! They are loving, caring, and treat every single child as an individual. Our little angel had an issue that required her to need stretches done every day several times a day. Suzie and her staff cared so much about the health and development of my little girl that they helped with her physical therapy. Not only do I appreciate them and the role they have played in our family, but I trust them completely with my child, which is the biggest relief for any anxious first-time mom. I cannot recommend them enough other than to say that when the time comes for my next child to start daycare, they will start their journey at Almost Home.

I am a Mother of three grown kids and now a proud Grandmother of two beautiful grandaughters, I know first hand the importance of finding the right fit for your most precious gift. Infants are pure, innocent and deserve the best care and love you can give them. At Almost Home Infant Daycare I have the greatest Peace Of Mind I could ask for. Suzie has a wonderful and dedicated staff that go above and beyond with these lil bundles of joy. From the daily babygrams to the one on one communication with the staff, It really keeps me in the know about my grandaughters day. I dont know whos happier @ the end of the day....me or Aubri!

The name truly says it all. Almost Home cared about our baby girl like she really was family... it is a wonderful place for babies, all 12 months and under, to spend their day while mom and dad are away. Susie (the owner) is like a grandma to us; she is friendly, good-natured, and really loves her job. If you are looking for child care in the area, make sure you dont pass up a visit to Almost Home! Our next kid(s) will certainly be going there too.

Suzie and her staff were great to my daughter (and me.) I would highly recommend Almost Home to anyone. You are not going to find a daycare like this anywhere else in town. I looked! They always kept me informed about her day. They treated my daughter like she was their own child. I went to work every day knowing she was in great hands. My daughter loves her teacher Cindy. We still come visit. They are really great.

Susie and her staff are exceptional and we will definately use them again with our next child. They are very attentive and I never had a worry leaving my baby with them. They are a wonderful facility that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top daycare for children 6 weeks to a year! We loved our time at Almost Home. The staff is very kind and I never worried about my daughter while she was in their care. Their facility is bright and clean, and the babies always seemed happy overall. The staff was caring an devoted a lot of time and attention to my child and any questions I had. I would highly recommend it.

Almost Home is amazing! I was so nervous to leave my son once my maternity leave was over. The ladies at Almost Home put my mind at ease. They took amazing care of my son and did everything I asked when it came to his schedule and eating.
