Maybe it was bad luck, maybe they had a bad day, or maybe this is just how they do business. 1. Ticket issued indicates laundry will be ready at 5. Location closes at 5. I couldnt find the hours online, theres nothing to answer the phone to give you hours. Wasted trip at 5:15 to pick up. 2. Lost my shirts. Left 14 and picked up 11. They couldnt find the other 3 but would call me when they had checked the plant. They didnt call. Next they were to call me when the shirts arrived at this location. They didnt call. Last, when I called the next day to see if my property was lost or destroyed, they couldnt find it until a manager was gotten on the phone. After I arrived at the location minutes later, the shirts were lost again and again required some sort of easter egg hunt. 3. Poor service. The cost of being misled, making multiple trips to pick up the same shirts, and making multiple phone calls to try reducing the number of trips was about $36. This includes $7.86 for the shirts they lost repeatedly. The poor clerk at the desk couldnt even exercise reasonable judgement to comp the $7.86 for shirts that were lost and found for a week. Conclusion--their focus on customer service is so poor it makes me believe that they make money in other parts of the business, not this one. Go some place that cares if you come back, dont trust these folks with your property.

As a clerk, just a heads up that your clothes will be ready around 3:30 on the day that they are due for pick-up, and we close at 5 PM on weekdays. The quick-receipt tickets say 5:00 PM on them, because we use to be open until 6:00 PM. Same day service must be brought in before 8:15 AM. If brought in after 8:15 on Friday, the soonest we can return your items will be the following Monday around 3:30 PM. We do not offer same day service on Saturdays. Come in and give us a try! (:

Ive had a few experiences here and they do a good job on your laundry. One time a shirt came back with a big stain on the pocket and a note that said it couldnt be cleaned. I blamed them and made them take it back because I knew I hadnt created that stain. They returned it to me clean and without stain at no cost. A bit pricey though.
