HORRIBLE service for alterations. And the lady there has the WORST attitude! Dropped off my wedding dress a month ago, and was told to call towards right around this time of the month. She hadnt even touched the dress, saying that my wedding wasnt for another month, and using that as justification. The dress should be done when we agree on it being done. Not done 2 days before my wedding. Just picked up the dress to take it somewhere else, and its crumpled in a halfway zipped bag! This is my grandmothers antique dress! Do not go here if you value your clothing.

Well I considered them this morning and tried to call and get a quote but the nasty guy who answered the phone hung up on me! So I called back and told him I didnt appreciate it the dumb ass hung up on me again. I was very polite BOTH times. I wouldnt dare give my business to a business like that

Good work, but bad experience. Acted like they didnt care about my business. Waited and waited right in front of them. I had 5 pair of pants hemmed and taken in at the waist. They did do good work though. I honestly thought that they seemed a bit racist.

They were able to fit me in on a short notice. Same day dry cleaning. I dropped off a blazer, a button down shirt, and dress kakhis at 10:30 and picked them up at 5:30. I will continue to go to Top City.

Mostly does good work. I have had some shoddy alterations done, but she corrected when I took them back. I get a kick out of her calling every one "Baby"!
