Aaronabomb- We apologized for your inconvenience. It is a very rare instance that your comforter would still be damp. Due to the extreme humidity, occasionally, a comforter will trap in moisture after it is bagged, causing it to become damp. This was absolutely our fault. The other issue was due to poor construction of your comforter. The seam came apart during cleaning, which is why we offered to pick up the comforter, fix it at no charge for you and we also refunded your money for the cleaning. Many dry cleaners will not fix manufacturers poor construction but we do in order to make our customers happy. We hope this resolved your issue with us. We apologize again for the inconvenience.

had to take comforter back because it was wet, it never should have been wet. they offered to clean it again at no cost. came back the 2nd time tore.
