Had my iPhone 6 screen replaced, the technician replaced the screen at the front counter while there was food and drink in the area, stopped in the middle of replacing the screen to assist customers who came in after me and because the screen was replaced in such a dirty environment the dirt caused the adhesive that holds the glass down to start coming up now my phone has light leaks. Very unprofessional.

Took my iPod in to replace the battery. The sent it back and the home button no longer worked. They told me to bring it in. I did and no its completely broke and they said well sometimes the home button just quits. They are full of it and have lied time after time. Now my daughter has no iPod. $200 bucks wasted! Will never use them for anything again!

WOW I usually do not take the time to give Shout outs. I have to this time. Joe is first nice then honest. I brought in my JBL Bluetooth speaker to be look at it would not take a charge. I phoned the shop the next day he stated you can come by and pick it up everything works fine. no cost. Gotta love it. Good old fashion help still exists.
