Absolutely horrific experience with this place. I gave them my computer on a Monday, they said they would have it fixed by that Saturday. After they failed to repair the computer on time, I received a call the following Monday saying they would need to order another part. This call, of course, was received after I called 3 times to check in with the week prior and they told me they were almost done fixing my computer. Instead, they did not even begin working on it until that Monday after the Saturday it was supposed to be finished. Rarely do they pick up the phone, the best this business could do was tell me that the employee who told me all these things "might be getting let go soon." Computer Paramedics is extremely unprofessional and misguiding with their word. I find it hard to believe a store like this is even in business.

DONT take your computer to Computer Paramedic if you dont want it stolen!! I had my $1600 Asus Ultrabook stolen from this shop. It was an inside job by one of the employees. The owner, David Melson, was unapologetic and had the gall to try to sell me one of his used computers to replace it. He refused to pay for my loss. I had to contact the police and get an attorney to try to recover my costs. He refused to cooperate. He also tried to cash a check I had make out to them for a house call, but had cancelled payment on when I found out my computer was stolen. This guy is a crook and is not to be trusted. Take your computer anywhere but here, if you value it at all.

I was in your store today asking if you could read an “a” drive. When you said it would cost $20.00 for that task, I was flabbergasted. Just this afternoon alone, I told at least 15 people (massage therapist, folks at Home Depot, and the ladies in my yoga class; everyone was disappointed in the lack of customer service which would have taken just a few minutes. Can you imagine if you had done this and I told those same 15 people how wonderful the experience was. I think you lost out on a great opportunity to give a positive impression to many people. I hope you will think about this feedback the next time someone asks for a minor service.

I discussed my issue with the CP staff. One member of the staff told me the service would require one hour of service at $60 per hour. I paid for the part needed. I brought my PC back when the part came in. I dropped my PC off at 11:35 AM. I picked it up at 1:05 pm on the same day. CP told me the PC required two hours of work - double the estimate. How did CP work on my computer for 2 hours when they had my PC for 1.5 hours? You be the judge.

I had a screw that was stripped out on my MacBook Pro. I was unable to get it out to change out my hard drive. I walked in at 9:30 and Chris had the screw out by 9:35. He refused to charge me anything for his time just asked that I give him my business in the future. Other places quoted me a minimum $50 charge for hourly charge. He was also very helpful in giving me info on what kinds of hard drives would fit my needs best. Thanks Computer Paramedics!

Horrible experience, very unprofessional. Save yourself time and money. The product I brought to be repaired was never fixed after 6 days of me calling and then I was given back something that wasnt even mine and they wanted me to believe it was. No supervisor or manager on site to get a hold of. Never again! These people are scammers and think they got away with something but they have to answer to a Higher Authority, God Bless them.

The sweetest people Ive met in repairs so far! I have a Nexus 6p, which apparently is one of the hardest repairs to do for phones, and I was either denied at other places or charged up to 300 dollars!! I brought my phone to them, and they fixed it up same day no problem. Theyre very informative and kind :)

I received nothing but excellent customer service here. When I came in I received an accurate quote and had my laptop back in just a couple days. When I asked about the poor reviews they told me that they were under new management and it shows!

Very poor communication. It took 6 weeks for a repair that was quoted as being 5 days. I had to call every week for an update and was given the run around about getting bad parts.
