If you ever have computer issues go here!!! I recently had a piece of my charger break off inside my laptop. I took it up to Best Buy and they were going to charge me $35 just to send my computer off to be fixed. I was going to have to wait and see how much it would cost for it to be fixed once they got it shipped. I decided to go somewhere else and thats when I came across this place. The guy who was working (I think he was the owner) took one look at my laptop and then went to the back. He came back in like two seconds with the piece of the charger in his hand. He wouldnt even let me pay him anything for fixing it! Please avoid the hassle of corporate chains and try this place out for any computer needs! I cannot express how grateful I am for their help and friendliness!

I wanted to work with a local based company versus a large retailer. I found them personable, but slow and ineffective. It took over 4 days for them to install and run a virus scan. I still have problems. I had rather just pay someone else than to start the process with them again that could leave me right where I started.

I had a great experience. My external drive died and they pulled the drive and put it in a new case in one day for less than it would have cost for the chain electronics store to even look at the drive. They were prompt, polite, and courteous.

These guys all have bad attitudes, trying to make me feel stupid when Im taking my computer to have it fixed!! wow.. maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I cant understand how they are receiving so many positive reviews. :(

My laptop had something stuck in its headphone port. I came here and Nick was able to remove it. He didnt charge me anything. He was friendly towards me and I would come back here again with my computer problems.

Not the best experience - I wasnt pleased that they put a sticker on my laptop without asking me. They also werent able to fix my problem.

this is the cheapest and best place to have your computer fixed...also they have computers at prices you can believe
