I called Best Buy to ask if they could install a remote start kit which I did not purchase at Best Buy. They said yes. For this, they quoted an install price of $40-60, which was far less than I expected, so I made an appointment. When I took the kit in with my car for the install, the installer started running numbers. The install would actually cost $189 for the labor and an additional $125 for parts- even though the kit was labelled to include everything needed. When I asked why it would cost so much, I was told that they charge that much when the kit is not purchased through them. I understand that, but should have been told that when I made the appointment; I was very clear that I had not purchased the kit there. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled, and because the $315 total was drastically different than the $40-60 I planned on, I obviously did not get my remote start installed today. I would never expect this from Best Buy.

After 20 minutes of waiting and explaining to two different people what my problem was I was told I needed to make an appointment. I guy I talked to when I arrived should has told me that from the get go, not started to help then walk away. I went to the Computer Clinic instead.

Had them come out twice, didnt fix anything now tv is worse than before and they are comi g for a third dont buy from best buy or use their warrantes they are useless. Trust me you will be calling in from work more than once.
