During a recent trip to Indianapolis to visit family, the hard drive on my PC died completely. The drive was filled with tons of important data, and photos that were irreplaceable. Unfortunately the data was not backed-up (my bad!). A family member told me about Geek in Pink, and I contacted them to see if they could help. They responded fast and they were able to recover ALL of my important data from my crashed drive. They then completely tested two new hard drives I purchased, and then wrote my recovered data to the two new hard drives. They did all of this quickly, and efficiently with total success. This is the place to go when you need trustworthy PC service, software support, or electronic device help! They have the best pricing, and the most reliable service. They do not try to sell you services you do not need, and they do not over-bill (in fact, I think they under-bill). Their technicians are patient, and are happy to take the time to help those of us who do not understand how all of this modern technology really works. For me it is really important that Geek in Pink stands behind their work, and they really do.

My daughters laptop had a loose power plug. I examined it prior to taking it to Geeks in Pink in Greenwood, Indiana. It was in perfect cosmetic condition. My daughter is very careful with her laptop (she loves that thing). Geeks in Pink had it for 3 days. They told me over the phone that it wasnt worth fixing (although it was still selling for over $600 on Amazon. They said it had broken hinges (it didnt when I dropped it off). We went to pick it up and found that it was all scratched up and beat. We werent even sure it was our laptop due to its poor condition. They denied dropping it or scrapping it up. I took it to Renaissance Computers in Greenwood, and they fixed the power plug for less than $80. I will never take another item to Geek in Pink. They lied to me, and they damaged my daughters laptop. DONT TRUST THEM!

Called Geek in Pink about my computer that I use in business. They sent, I think, Regina out to solve the problem. She had to take the hard drive in because of all the virus and it came back in great condition. Took my lap top in and to the shop and it also had viruses, they fixed it up and good to go. Always a positive experience. Geek in Pink has provided IT support for our family business for a number of years. Their onsite service resolves the issue and gets us back up and running in a timely manner. We have also taken laptops into their Greenwood facility for virus removal and experienced the same great service. Highly recommend!

Not a positive experience! I took my laptop in twice without a positive result. Each time I was charged $45.00 plus work done. When I called the third time I was asked to pay another $45.00 plus work done for an issue that supposed to be resolved months ago. As an advice... Take your devices somewhere else.
